Carmine’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I am a first time customer of Carmines. Our water heater tank needed to be replaced due to .a leak. Tim was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his work.
My only disappointment with Carmines is that no one from their office contacted me to inform me that the original 2 hour time window that was scheduled for the techs to come out, had been pushed out another 2 hours. I had to call Carmines to ask why there techs had not arrived yet. I spoke with May who was very nice and expressed my disappointment. She immediately apologized and understood that i was upset. May then called the tech to assure that they would be arriving within the 2nd window on time, which they did.
Other then that my Husband and I were very pleased with the install of our new water heater.

Jared was very nice and he did a great job! He explained what he was doing and how much it was costing me to fix my central air! Definitely Recommend carmines to anyone who has an issue! He was in and out of here in no time and I was happy to have my house cooled once again! Kevin was also very friendly and answered my questions about changing to a heat pump for our home! Thanks to you both!

Tim did a fantastic job! I called about a (slow) leak coming through my ceiling & within a hour Tim arrived. He gave me options for how it could be fixed & patiently explained everything & answered all my questions. He was very professional & friendly! He finished much faster than we expected & everything is working great now!

I’ve used Carmine’s for 15 years & only trust them when it comes to my plumbing & HVAC maintenance & repairs.!

John from Carmine's was here at the expected time and after review what was needed went right to work. John was courteous and a delight to have working on the project. His work was excellent and left no mess. Everything looks and work much better now. Will call Carmine's next time a plumber is needed and they are recommended.

Our 27-year old central A/C system needed replacing & we went with Carmine’s. Nick & Nick were our installers/technicians & they arrived on time, worked all day, & were neat & knowledgeable. They were a great tag-team & it was almost like their work was choreographed. Total experience with Carmine’s & their personnel was great.

New heating system was not working as expected. Continued to shut down before reaching desired temperature. Over the course of 3 days several members of the team came multiple times to try and solve the problem. Turned out to be a manufacturing problem. Nothing to do with installation or anything that could have been anticipated by the installers. The whole team at Carmine's worked diligently to troubleshoot the problem until the situation was resolved. Wonderful to be sitting in a warm home with 4 new inches of snow on the ground! Great professional, personable and hard working crew. Ours was not an easy repair or installation. Throughout the process everyone worked to come up with solutions. In these days of shoddy workmanship, it's nice to know that there are still companies that care about the quality of their work. Great team! Would recommend to others.

Routine check up of my AC. Blei was did a great job checking for problems and cleaning the system. Very professional, polite, informative and on time. I continue to be very happy with the service provided by Carmines and his technicians.

Recently converted heating system from oil to gas. During installation gas line was installed and inadvertently obstructed central vac canister. Was unable to service central vac. Tyler was able to offer suggestions to relocate gas line to accommodate both gas line and central vac (side by side and very tight fit!)

Team was able to relocate line and make sure that both systems (furnace & central vac) were working before leaving. Have had great service from everyone I worked with at Carmine's. From assistance by front desk personnel, scheduling and installation crews. Everyone was helpful, professional and in every instance worked until a problem was solved.

Highly recommend.

I called and said I need a leaky fitting fixed and a recharge for my AC. The tech showed up and said he would need to diagnose for $150 - that was the first mention of this fee, but oh well. He confirms what I told him, leaking fitting and needs refrigerant. Then he says he doesn't have the tools to fix it. He calls the office and gets an estimate for the repair - it's high but I tell him I want it anyway. He says the office will call me to schedule. Weeks later they haven't called, so I call in and try to get an answer. Now they want even more money for the repair, and they want me to prepay it with no guarantees? Not going to happen. So now I've paid $150 to confirm what I already knew and my AC is still broken. This company is a joke.
