Brian is very knowledgeable. He came in and went straight to work. Was able to resolve the issue within minutes, then proceeded to check the rest of the system (hvac), when he was done he explained the issue, gave some recommendations and left. No bs, wasn't trying to sell additional services like lots of companies do these days. Even when he was running late, he kept in touch re his eta.
Will definitely reach out to him if we need anything else.

Stephane and Daryus were prompt, kind and knowledgeable technicians who explained to me what they were doing, repairs made & why those were necessary. I very much appreciated the work, courtesy and professionalism both Stephane and Daryus displayed.

All of my experiences with Carmine’s over the past 3 years in the house have been positive. The office personnel are friendly and helpful and the tech folks that have come to the house have been professional and diligent. As a Service Contract holder, I especially appreciated the time when a technician could not get here in the middle of the night due to an ongoing snowstorm, but he talked me through rebooting my HVAC system that had crashed over the phone. Within 20 min, the heat was back on! Truly appreciated.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with Carmine’s. Kevin came out to provide us with an estimate and scheduled the project quickly. Then Tyler, Eddie, Chris and Nick did a great job on our ductless heating and cooling installation. Everyone was professional and efficient and zero mess was left behind. We have five little children ages newborn-5, so we hesitate to have crews working in our home, but we look forward to working with Carmine’s again! Recommended without reservation.
