I bought Loree's Kitchen and Catering last year. They fixed the problem that nobody else could! They were honest and professional with their information and with their recommendations. They were fair in their price. And with not hesitation I say, Testa will take care all of our units for years to come. We are extremely happy because we are not a number to them, they care about our business and bottom line. We have been using Testa Refrigeration for 4 years now at Wooster Hollow Cafe. We have a Walk-in refrigerator & freezer, 6 other refrigerator units and an ice machine. They are responsive and have always fixed our refrigerators in a time and cost efficient fashion. They always go above and beyond and have great customer service. Recently, I had a problem with my Walk-in on a Friday night and they came out immediately and got me up and running by open of business the next day!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and left a message about an ice machine I needed to have moved at my restaurant. I had not heard back in a week. I chalked this up to my lack of follow up. I called back, spoke to an operator and gave her detailed instructions of what I was looking for, she took the message said she would pass it on and also forwarded me on to a voice message to leave for someone. She assured me someone would get back to me Monday since it was a Friday. Come Tuesday at 1:00 I call to follow up.
This is exactly what transpired:
phone rings and someone picks up: "we can't do it" No hello, no sorry we did not call back. They must have seen my number on caller id.
Me: "It would have been nice to get a call back"
Her: "You should have realized we could not do it when you did not get a call back"
Me: " What?!"
Her Typically people call multiple places and realize someone can't do it when they don't get a call.
Abrupt hang up.
I would never go out of my way to write a bad review, but this should be brought to someone's attention. This person is the main person representing you business and interacting with customers?!
I do not care if they were having a bad day or not this is not the way to treat people that want to give you business.

Well I called for a location we just purchased, the lady answering the phone was extremely rude. I see that is a common issue with this business. Being in the customer service field looks like you need a little help, not sure how are you are still in business not accepting new customers. No reason as well, maybe past issues with old owners not sure.
