Reliable is professional. I had over 5 vendors come to my house and give me a quote when my boiler went after over 40 years. Antonio was responsive, informative, respectful and reliable. They gave me a quote, said they could do the job a week later and they were true to their word. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. As a female homeowner in Ridgefield, they were by far the best service, experience and value.

Reliable installed our central air system in our home this passed spring. It had worked so efficiently and has allowed us to really enjoy our house this summer! The reliable team came in and was so professional upon installation that we barely knew they were here! The owner had reached out to us multiple times this summer to ensure we are happy with our system. If we need anything we know he’s be here in an instant. There is really no better choice than reliable!!

My oil tank was in need of replacement. I called these guys and they were out right away to provide a quote. No pressure, just a fair and detailed quote. I always do my shopping and called around for other quotes. We went with them because how professional we felt they were and the pricing was fair.
When it came to the job day, they were right on time. I was very pleased with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone needing an oil tank replacement.
P.S. I am also switching to them as our heating oil provider now.

I had Brenden service our heating system. He was very polite, on time, vac. and cleaned up after himself. I have used them since I moved in 4 yr. ago. I have not any problem with them at all. Antonio and crew were very professional and always on time. Due to the supply shortage, some of our materials did not come in prior to our install. They worked overtime to try to source the materials needed for our install and they were successful! They did not leave one stone unturned. We had been on the schedule for eight months and Antonio went out of his way to make sure that the install happened.

He and his crew made sure everything was perfectly done and that the install was seamless. We needed to box in one of our ducts and he recommended a contractor that he used regularly. Even after the install, he continued to check on us to ensure that the work was done and that we were happy.

Antonio and Reliable Heating were recommended to me by a close friend that did an install last year in New Milford. I can’t recommend them enough and gladly give Reliable five stars!

This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with. Antonio took the time out to explain to me what he was doing and educated me along the way on how my heating system works. From speaking with the nice woman on the phone ( sorry I don't remember her name) who scheduled my appointment to dealing with Antonio when he came to service my heating system. Also dealing with Rick years ago when they first started out everyone is just great and I will continue to use and recommend this company to everyone that asks. Thanks again for all the help !!!!

This is a great company! WE have used them for many years. They have excellent customer service skills from the office staff to the technicians that service the furnace. They encouraged us to spend a few $$ to repair our furnace which probably saved us thousands instead buying a new furnace. They make appointments and keep them! We highly recommend them!

Good Contractors can sometimes be difficult to find I know. I'm 70 years old and have dealt with many! I started with only using them for oil contract and annual burner service. They are great! Oil is always in the tank and unlike many previous company's I've used the boiler is completely cleaned and serviced not just a wipe down and quick in and out. I just recently had them quote out a replacement for 50 year old oil tank and 30 year old furnace. Don't waste your time getting other quotes because I did and they came in low out of 4 while quoting the same quality units not some off brand stuff.Got questions when they are installing it what that thing of a jig is just ask they will explain it all in our language not plumber lingo and don't act like you bother them. I have met both owners Rick and Antonio really great people and their employees from the office or annual service are all cooperative and extremely .knowledgeable. The job they did with new tank and furnace was done exactly on the install date they gave me and the quality and appearance of the install absolutely fantastic. When they finished you would never know they were here the basement area was spotless and no oil spots or damage anywhere truly amazing these are quite large extremely heavy awkward items. I am really happy I chose them to do my work. I get the feeling that their business profile is the same as us consumers. They want to provide top quality service at affordable prices and isn't that what we all want? They chose a Good Name RELIABLE

I had a new oil burner installed along with smart thermostats. The price was very competitive and the service was outstanding. I felt like Rick and the crew genuinely cared that the job was done well and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work.
