Had my boiler serviced. Heat exchanger cleaned as well. (First time in 8 years - long story.) Antonio was polite and professional. He knows what he is doing technically I feel. Job was done in a neat and clean manner. In a dream, my boiler thanked me. Will use Reliable Heating again.

Wow! My oil burner died last year at Thanksgiving and Reliable gave me the best machine for my home. They came out rather quickly and installed it. Since then, I haven't needed any service, but the oil delivery and customer service is WONDERFUL! I get my bills in an email which helps remind me to send the payment.
The office is amazing. I send an email with a question, and almost immediately, I get a response. I highly recommend them. I've recommended them on FaceBook to several of my neighbors in the area too.

Fantastic prices and efficient reliable service, I honestly love utilizing this company for anything I need that they can do as a fairly new homeowner, the most recently being the case of a blown water heater that was VERY promptly remedied at a good price in an especially busy and stressful time that required quick action! A young company, Antonio and Rick are making a name for themselves one customer at a time in the area; Knowledgeable of their industry and straight to the point on issues, they offer prompt efficient, service. Their personable technicians and oil delivery guys make it easy when service is needed. They have the best prices for oil around! and they offer lock-in pricing and service contracts. Plus, their Receptionist/Secretary is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

When our furnace died, Reliable Heating made sure we weren't left out in the cold! They worked hard to diagnose the problem, to get us the best price, and they even reworked their entire schedule to install the new unit as fast as possible. Antonio is always easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Brian, our tech, arrived quickly, on time, and was very informative and courteous. They've helped us with both heating and air-conditioning issues and we will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend!

Antonio and Reliable were great.
Needed two 1980’s HVAC systems replaced—air handler and condenser units AND a bad DIY attic ductwork job.
Called many places to quote the job. Many didn’t even want to touch it with a 10 foot pole.
Antonio was a straight shooter while doing the quote—no film flamming like other contractors I called out. AND he gave the best price and professional advice. Really felt like he treated me like a family member.
His crew did a great job as well as his electrical contractor (who did additional work we wanted at a fair price).
If you’re someone who always researches and quotes for projects to the max (probably more than necessary) like me….trust me…Reliable is doing great work for a fair price.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Reliable Heating. From the initial estimate to installation, Rick and Antonio were professional and knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would and their work was first class. My new Peerless boiler and Vaughn water heater are happily humming in the basement and it’s much quieter than my old unit. I had six estimates and their prices were great! Their attitude was great, and most importantly, they know there stuff. Any boiler is lousy if you don’t have a good installer. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!

Antonio and Rick just installed a new Peerless Boiler in my home the other day. The process, from beginning to end, was truthful, and totally flawless.
These guys know what they are talking about, and make excellent recommendations (they will not install low-line, or cheap, sub-par units).
The price was more than reasonable, and the installation went incredibly smooth... not even one hiccup.

Great Company!!! I recently had Antonio come to my house to perform a cleaning and was extremely satisfied with the service and the price. Within a short time I reached out to reliable heating again because I needed work done on another one of my properties and they saved me from having to buy a whole new boiler. Literally saved me almost $3,000 dollars. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating needs.

RELIABLE HEATING LLC did the annual furnace tune up here on 2/4/16. and as they always have been from day 1..... they were punctual, courteous, and did a great job. we just spent over $8,000.00 on a new unit to replace the old 33 yr old one. good feeling to know that these guys are doing the service and maintenance on this one. no doubt at all that we will get another 30 yrs of furnace life with such competent professionals as Antonio and rich taking care of all our home heating needs. the ONLY thing that this customer is sorry about is that we didn't find you sooner! keep up the good work guys. your going above and beyond effort makes all the difference. customers for life!
