I was so happy that the technician, Barry, repaired the flex vent that was pulled out and was forcing heat into the garage instead of the family room up above. Marie, the service coordinator, was so helpful in getting me the help I needed as quickly as she possibly could. It turned out that she found a spot within a few days, which was amazing!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any heating or cooling or vent help.

We’ve had Preferred Air Systems out to our home on several occasions, most recent to repair our Phase III Water Heater. With a busy household going without hot water for an hour can be brutal.
