NAS came recommended from Nest, when we had an issue with 2 of our Nest thermostats last October. They came and did a great job installing a drop and two C-Wires to the thermostats, running to a transformer. However, within the last month, we have had a constant short in one of those wire runs and the heat was stuck "ON" in the basement due to this (from the thermostat to the transformer/furnace), and NAS does not warranty their work, so, it would cost $150 (that's a discount from their $175 rate) just to come diagnose, something they installed less than a year ago. Our total bill in October 2018 was $478, and to know that less than a year later, issues that arise from that install, are not covered, is not a very good feeling. I would've expected better from a local company frankly. I would recommend this company, as long as the person requesting service realizes A. they are not inexpensive and B. get a guarantee or warranty agreement of ANY sort, prior to having work done.
