    Cody and his partner Luke were top notch. On top of fixing our issue (extended air into a guest room) they made sure the airflow was correct between all the rooms. Highly recommend. Will use again.

    I have learned that annual furnace and humidifier maintenance extends the lifespan of my HVAC system. Cody did a thorough job going through my heating system, cleaning and flushing where needed. He explained what he was doing and even showed me the condenser as he was flushing gunk from it.
    He also replaced the steam humidifier cartridge efficiently.

    Found B&B to offer the best rates in the area for swamp/evaporative cooler winterization services, so we gave them a shot. Our techs, Bo & Rod, were right on time, super friendly, and were nice enough to spend the time to walk us through the process (greatly appreciated as new homeowners)... and provided some operational and maintenance tips. They replaced the units vent cover, cleaned it up, added the internal insulator, and blew out the water line for us. Good stuff, we'll definitely be giving them a call for future HVAC needs.

    I had the pleasure of having Sebastian and Alex come to my home and install both AC and Furnace unit, along with a new thermostat. They arrived on time, very professional, and attention to detail. After all was said and done, took the time to explain everything that was done. No question was to silly!     I’ve had the pleasure of working with B&B on two separate occasions, once for my heating and the other for a hot water heater. From the bid to the installation, everyone I’ve worked with has been very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received a competitive bid for each project and was scheduled within the week for the work to be done. Scott, Sebastian, Jerry and Terry were all wonderful to work with. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

    I had nothing but positive experiences with their field technician, Byron. He was polite and had great communication.

    My 3 star rating is the result of my interactions with Chris in the front office, specifically his "it's not our fault" attitude. I had B&B out to troubleshoot a broken mini split. The unit required a replacement control board and compressor. Byron pressure tested the unit after installing the new compressor; however, the unit stopped working again after 3 weeks on account of a leaking joint. B&B charged me for this service call and Chris told me (paraphrasing) "there is no possible way that this is our fault, we never touched that joint, it's all the original installer's fault, is it not covered under warranty."

    While it might be the case that this joint randomly failed shortly after the unit was serviced, a delightful experience would have been "Hey man, I can imagine how much it sucks to not have heat/AC for 4+ months. While I don't think the leak had anything to do with our work, I'll take care of you as a valued customer and waive the additional service call fee."

    I was referred to B & B by a friend, and have used them at multiple properties. The techs are knowledgeable, thorough, and timely. The price I have been charged has been reasonable. I have worked with technicians Luke, Sebastian and Alex, and they all have done a great job.

    B&B Heating & Air Conditioning were very prompt and professional when quoting and installing my furnace and AC unit. They told me what the issues were with my old system and did everything they could to accommodate me with the new system.

    I would especially want to thank Nate for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the installation.

    One thing I would note, the lead tech should be careful about speaking poorly about the equipment and manufacturer of the system he was installing. Especially since the homeowner (me) has worked for that manufacturer for 30 years. This manufacturer ranks in the top 3 for residential equipment on an annual basis. If I was someone who didn't know about the quality of equipment, I would be very upset.

    Had Rod and Bow out to diagnose a furnace and they were outstanding. Both men were knowledgeable, respectful, funny, and thorough. I would definitely recommend B&B after this experience.
