Christian and Sebastian were both on time and were also fast and knowledgeable with the install as well. Would definitely recommend or use again .

B&B has been maintaining our HVAC systems for the last couple of years. They have typically been professional, courteous and thorough in their work.

If this rating were only for our most recent heating system maintenance from Cody, it would be 5 stars; zero complaints.

As a whole though, I can only do 4 because I'm still slightly annoyed at some prior A/C system repairs that I feel was a result of having them move our A/C unit...

Overall though, I would still highly recommend these guys.

B&B Heating is a great provider. Recently had furnace maintenance done by Cody Holz and he was timely (even kind enough to wait for me to return home after I took down the window of arrival incorrectly), professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend B&B.

Barlow did an amazing job looking over our furnace and checking to make sure everything was working properly. He was also very quick, efficient and very professional and kind! Awesome job Barlow and the BB team!

My furnace went out the night before, so I called and left a message. Someone from B&B got back to me first thing in the morning. Alex and Sebastian were at my home 20min later. They quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, and ran to get the parts. My furnace was back up and running in less than an hour.

Sebastian and Barlow, came and installed an A/C into my place and were very professional, and got the job done. They showed me how to set up my new thermostat, and took their time to answer any questions I had.Very satisfied!

Our techs Byron and Bobby came out to install a new furnace and A/C unit. They were friendly, worked fast and got our house cooled down for a reasonable price. Our techs were very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the services B&B heating and Air Conditioning gave us.

B&B gives great customer service. Scott sent the estimate quickly and was available to answer our questions. The furnace and AC installation by Alex and Sebastian was amazingly efficient. They were available to explain the installation process and to answer our questions and/or concerns. We highly recommend B&B.

Sebastian and Alex had installed a new furnace for our family. They were very professional and on time. They performed the services as requested and took the extra time to show us all the features and operation of the unit. They went above and beyond on the installation.
