Sebastian & Jerry were both amazing!!! They arrived on time, at the earliest part of the time window. They explained everything they were doing and made sure my husband and I would know how to maintain our new equipment and to extend its life.

Sebastian made sure the new thermostat app loaded on my phone and walked me through how to use it both on the phone and the panel. They both made sure we didn’t have any questions. We had a water heater replaced, a furnace replaced, and an AC unit installed. Our salesperson Scott was also awesome, he was very patient and answered all our questions. Even coming out a 2nd time to meet with my husband and workout the best placement for the AC unit. We couldn’t be happier with their service, install, and the quality of the equipment!

Great price for scope of work. We have a unique system and these guys know what they are doing. They offered the lowest price of all bid estimates. The employees were on time and professional. The estimate was fast and easy, Scott listened and followed up on the estimate to make sure everything was correct. The install was seamless, Sebastian and Byron did a fantastic job. They were careful and respectful of my home. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend B&B!

Sebastian came out to perform the yearly furnace maintenance. He was on time and ready to go. He cleaned and performed the system maintenance letting me know everything was in excellent condition. He’s was very professional and informative. I would recommend B&B to everyone.

After 23 years, I found myself in need of a new furnace and air conditioner setup. I have been a customer of B&B Heating and Air Conditioning before and have been happy with their services. I called 8am on a Monday, and had a proposal for new equipment within a few hours. I selected my choices for new equipment and had an installation appointment for Wednesday. Sebastian and Cody were dispatched and showed up promptly at 8am on Wednesday morning. Within a few hours, I had a new furnace installed and working. These guys were great! Excellent customer service. Prompt, Competent, Courteous, and Professional. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend B&B HVAC, and Sebastian and Cody, to anyone in need of HVAC Services. They are the best!

The team at B&B is top notch, they came out and fixed our wonky furnace on one of the coldest days of the year and showed up on time and took care of business. Great company to work with, have used them in the past and their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, clean and thorough, they explained the cause and solution to our issues and breathed new life into an old furnace. The best part was they didn’t push us into unnecessary repairs and the total cost of everything was less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend B&B and their pros, especially Luke, he was excellent and a pleasure to work with.

Terry, ask for Terry. He is the most unbelievable problem solver and fantastic at listening to your whole system use. He found a simple solution that seemed completely unrelated to the problem at hand. He is calm and diligent to ask just the right questions and got to the bottom of the problem without extra expenses. Brilliant. And someone that feels like part of your home care team.
