I had a great experience with this company. The first company that came out said that I needed to spend $8000 on a new system. Luke came over and had it fixed and running for under 500. This company is honest and they do quality work. I would highly recommend them!!

Rod and Bo were very professional upon arriving at our home. They thoroughly walked me through the state of my furnace and gave me some tips on keeping it running smoothly. Rod Davila did a great job diagnosing a problem with our furnace. After doing a thorough check, he looked at our outside vent a saw that we had a beehive blocking the vent causing our furnace to shut off because of air flow. He saved us an expensive repair. I appreciate his knowledge of the system and his ability to troubleshoot. This company is very responsive.

Scott showed up exactly on time for the free estimate. He was very helpful in helping me select a furnace. Later when I decided to add A/C, he very quickly gave me an additional bid. Not only was the price reasonable, but the quality of the Carrier units specified (58TP furnace and 24ACC A/C) was a step above the other bids. Quality at a reasonable price.

Once I accepted the bid, Sebastian and Alex came a couple of days later to do the installation of the new Carrier furnace and A/C. They did an exceptional job not only in the installation but also in explaining how the system worked and how to maintain it in top condition. They even took away my old swamp cooler.

The experience could not have been better and both Sebastian and Alex were very friendly and professional. My two cats, who aren't normally so sociable, really liked them and allowed them to pet them, which is quite unusual. I would definitely recommend B&B to my friends.

Marco was great. He called 20 mins before the start of my scheduled appointment window to let me know he would be arriving soon. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit (turned out that the motor had died) and quickly sourced a replacement. He left to get the part and returned promptly to install in a very timely manner. Meanwhile the team at B&B worked through finding that the part was still under warranty for me. Would highly recommend their services.

From start to finish, this company really impressed me. Scott was super responsive and helpful when quoting me, and subsequently helping with any questions after reviewing my quote. B&B replaced our old failed outdoor AC unit and indoor cooling coil with a quick lead time and a fair price. The service was great with both the office and the techs doing the install, and the unit keeps the house nice and cool on the hottest summer days. Our 1-year warranty/rebate service was conducted by Sebastian and was quick and professional. Overall great experience with B&B.
