    Awful experience. I would not recommend to anyone. Constaly not showing up. They drilled a 3" hole through the side of my house just to inform it the hole was in the wrong location. I have a 3" hole now through the side of my living room. I call to talk to customer service they tell me there is no customer service. Bad install the first time caused all the free on to leak out. Now to repair it is 10x as expesive.

    Arrived at my house on time as promised. Dennis did an excellent job of quickly determining the problem with my heating a/c unit, and had it fixed in a short amount of time. I do need to replace the whole system due to its age and have selected Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair to do the job as I have had other companies out to service my unit. I am most impressed with Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair.

    I called them up to have someone come look at my AC unit that wasn't working. The gentleman who came out and looked at it for around 10-15min and said it wasn't worth repairing it was done and gave me a quote of 10k to replace. Because it was 10k i had someone else come out and look at it, replaced a $30 capacitor and its now running. This is degusting, and I am shocked.

    I just had my furnace serviced by Gramps & Sons Heating & Air Repair technicians. Their customer service was excellent and their work was outstanding.They were very pleasant and took their time to answer my questions. They explained to me how my unit looked like and they were very honest. I would definitely recommend them.

    Very professional and knowledgeable company. Scheduling service was very fast and easy, I was called by a tech when he was on the way , so we knew when to expect him. Denis our service tech answered all of our questions and got the job done in a timely manner. It was an amazingly and painless experience! My new A/C unit works great.

    Long story short: Had an appointment scheduled one day, got a call saying they were on the way, but they never showed. Called the next asking about it, and was told it was escalated to manager and that i'd hear from them immediately, but never was contacted. Called again the next day and was told they had me on the schedule and would arrive again, but they never did and didn't call.

    If their work is anything like their service, then no thank you. I'll pass

    I loved the whole service, from the beginning to the end. The end product and end result was awesome. Everything from knowledgeable sales advice to the installation by the installers was top notch. Exceptional experience. Will use them again in future and recommend them highly.
