1st time customer...The owner and his son arrived AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and had a mess of a wiring system (left by others less skilled, after a home well pump install) to figure out. No plans or schematics for the 40 yr old system. The system even required additional (new) wiring added, to get all circuitry working EXACTLY correct. It was all fixed (i.e. restored) perfectly. Everything works great! They demonstrated to me they certainly know their stuff. Couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. I will most definitely be using them again.

I HIGHLY recommend Royal electric! They are professional and knowledgeable and very responsive. I hired royal electric to come out and fix a mess another electrical company created. Needless to say, I found my new electric company!!

BUYER BEWARE!! I had Royal electric replace the motor to my HVAC, yes it was a fast repair, but the technician decided to use a motor he had available in his van. This new motor was not the same as the existing motor it had more hp, but the technician insisted the new motor would be good enough to do the job. The new motor is so loud it sounds like a freight train, it makes the ducts buckle each time it shuts off and my air filters have to be changed much more frequently every month ($$). The technician returned and noticed the sound the system was making and stated the noise was from clogged filters change $100 for a service call and did nothings . Spent over $600.00 total just to end up with A noisy motor that was rigged to fit into my HVAC system. So Buyer beware.

We found the two men who came to replace our outside pathway lights to be extremely efficient, prompt and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with their work. They set in new lights and cleaned up, made everything look nice and neat, then tried them out to make sure everything was working properly before leaving.I would rate their work very highly.

I've used these guys a few times for furnace and ducts. Very reasonable planning on getting a whole house humidifier.

Needed 4 RTU Motors rebuild, for our clinic. Dropped off on Monday got them back on Wednesday. The young lady at the motor shop was GREAT. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am an owner of multiple properties and have worked with this company multiple times. In the past the owner has reassured me of their Buisness model and instilled confidence in continuing to use them for future heating/maintenance repairs. Recently I had contacted Royal Electrical Services, Inc and scheduled an appointment for a heating service. On the day of my appointment I had to continuously reach out to the general manager (Lance) regarding confirmation and continued questioning of timeliness of the repairman. During the last conversation I was told the repairman was running late and there was nothing that would be done about the lack of communication and tardiness. The frustration began when the general manager (Lance) threatened to cancel my appointment and ended the conversation, leading to an extra wait time of fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment time and having to recall the office to find out an ETA and was told the appointment was fully cancelled. This is very unprofessional, gives the thoughts if the company actually believes in their Buisness model. This is a company I would not recommend if time management is important.

Appreciated rapid quote- after having the service quoted, I was charged over phone before work was done. *I was a little distracted, but most places charge after work, not before...(Spoiler, work never got done.) Then they did not show up on scheduled day. Claimed that they did, but I have tenants that are very reliable and claimed to be home all day on day in question. Not only did they not do the work, but they never followed up with me again. I had to track down the email receipt to follow up. If no one was there, why didn't I get an email asking to reschedule? I emailed asking for a reschedule on Nov. 26, still have not had a response. (It's currently Dec 3.)

I hired Royal to do several jobs at a rental property, the main being repairing/replacing a hood vent/ kitchen fan. That work was never completed despite multiple calls to them to follow up. They were pretty clueless about the entire job but when I finally got the bill, they did charge me for several hours of work. The smaller jobs they did were questionable in regard to billing for parts and hours of service. The communication was very poor. After waiting in expectation that they’d go back to do the job, I received a call from their billing office asking why I hadn’t paid them. They had never sent me the bill and the main job ( the kitchen hood) was still never done. Completely horrible customer service and inept workmanship! Don’t use them. They’ll fail to complete the work, won’t communicate with you, yet still charge for excess hours of labor. Ridiculous!!
