Daniel Spain came out today to do some electrical repair. He was courteous, kind and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Would recommend and use them again.

They do great work without all the fanfare. Our AC stopped working. They got here when they said they would. They fixed the problem and charged me a fair price. These guys are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They seem to have everything you need for electrical and motor stuff. Very impressive!

Came to house to repair damaged air conditioning duct and provide estimate for replacement of 2 units. Didn't complete either task. Billed for 1.5 hours. Unacceptable.

This company may be cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. I would deff recommend many other service companies around before I would use Royal regardless if they are more expensive. Absolutely do not use their HVAC department, their Electrical Department is OK.

Verbal prices, paper quotes and actual bills can be very different. Used them several times and it always feel they take advantage of you. Best to shop around and get many quotes.

Royal will take care of you! I have used them for furnace repair and they always get there that day, and don’t rip you off!
