We were without power in one half of the house which caused our heater to go out, mind you it was below freezing temperatures outside. Lost all electric to our home. Of course this happened on a Friday, after hours. I called Royal Electrical and got a call back within just a few minutes. The gentleman on the phone informed me that Tom would come out and help. Tom called and arrived within the hour. He was able to get us electricity in no time. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything he did. Great, exceptional customer service. Will never use anyone else. Highly recommend this company.
Avoid these guys, if their service is anything like their driving, you don't want to do business with them. This is the THIRD time I've nearly been run off the road or narrowly avoided accident caused by a Royal Electrical vehicle cutting somebody else off. They are rude and extremely aggressive drivers and if they can't handle basic traffic laws and safety principles like using a turn signal, not speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit and nearly causing accidents, they're likely going to be just as careless when working on your home.
Daniel came out about 4 weeks ago and serviced our furnace and put a new thermostat on the wall and educated us on how to navigate it. This is the third time we have called on Royal and we have really appreciated the service and dedication that each of your employees has given. About 2-3 years ago we had a young man on a cold blizzard day in the late afternoon and on the weekend come out because our furnace quit working. I wish we could remember his name but maybe on your records. Thank you all so much. me and my husband will always call on Royal Electric for our needs. Again Thank you so much.
Last year we went through 3 motors in our swamp cooler. We had multiple companies come out to attempt to diagnose what was happening. Nobody ever reported finding any problems to cause this. Royal sent Chris out to us this week and he took the time to figure out what was wrong and get it fixed! (Fingers crossed its only been 24 hours, but I have a good feeling!) Last night we were able to get our house down to 63 degrees to help combat the next couple of 100 degree days ahead. Thank you so much for sending Chris to us! I highly recommend Royal and him.
