Our heat stopped working in February 2019. We went into our crawl space to look at what might be wrong. We found the Patterson tags on the duct work and furnace so they were the original installers from the time our house was built in 2001. So naturally we called them to come and fix it. They came and said our furnace broken which we assumed was the case since it was over 15 years old. Great, no problem...

But then they said not only did the furnace need to be replaced but ALL the duct work needed replacing as well because it was faulty and not adequately getting air through the vents which made the furnace stop working. It didn't make sense to us, we never had air flow problems the furnace just stopped working. They quoted us $15,000 for a 1200sq ft home for the furnace and complete duct replacement. I got 2 other opinions and both companies said there was NO PROBLEM with the ducts, ONLY the furnace needed to be replaced. We ended up going with R Buck and they were excellent, cost around $8,000 for the furnace replacement (plus AC replacement because that was on it's last legs too). They were professional, timely and honest. We've had zero problems with our furnace since. The ironic thing is that if the duct work was bad like Patterson said then I guess it was their fault to begin with because they were the original installers back in 2001! Beware of Patterson they'll lie and try to rip you off.

We had 4 valves replaced in our home. Patterson’s representative was clean, courteous and did perfect work. I am more than happy with every aspect of the work done. Mike McGee will be requested anytime we need plumbing work done at our house. The office was kind and they had someone out to us within a day. I would recommend Patterson and especially mike to anyone needing plumbing services.

I called in the morning for service. I had a ruptured water line underneath my house. After a frustrating situation with the phones, I left a review. Initially it was poor (1 star). After I got contacted again, I was informed that Rick Patterson asked for this to be made right. Neil was dispatched to my home. What a great employee you have! He was professional, courteous and honest about everything! Upon arrival he was quick to address the situation and work on a suitable fix.

I want to extend a grateful and heartfelt thank you to Rick Patterson for demonstrating what I view to be superior customer care! I am thoroughly satisfied to the point of being left speechless and thanking the lord for the blessing that you bestowed upon my household! My wife and children say thank you and I can guarantee that I will come to your business first when I have any plumbing needs.

I spent some time thinking about how to write this review because I understand that the quality of work is what makes a business good or great. When I first called, I was received cordially and a service technician was sent promptly to assess my water heater. I clearly needed a new heater, and he gave me a series of estimates that, at the conclusion of the job, was honored. After a couple of days, I called back and two new technicians were sent to complete the job. During the install, the technician burned my wall substantially while soldering the pipes and made a two hour job take closer to an all day occurrence ending at around the 5 1/2 hour mark. The water heater works great, but the pipe extension leading to my drain was installed on the drip pan after the water heater had been filled, and the piece of PVC pipe screwed onto the drip pan does not even lead to my drain. It is an angle of more than 6 inches away from the drain. If there is an issue with leaking, the drip pan will catch the water, but it will drain out a considerable distance from my drain. The water pressure regulator that was installed was done quickly and efficiently. Upon further inspection, however, from a second contractor, it was "done sloppy" and had to be readjusted. For a $3000 dollar job, I would have expected a much higher attention to detail. I paid for the good membership that they offer, but I really doubt that I will ever use it because, unfortunately, this experience put a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

Patterson made service call to my home to install a new water softener. In addition, they repaired an incidental leaking toilet. Joe provided a tutorial on the interaction between the functions of our Viesman burner and the Kinetico softener, and explained the complexities of surveillance and maintenance for peak efficiency.
These guys are excellent at what they do; and I Look forward to them continuing these services I can trust for a long time.

This company was wonderful. They were professional, explaining everything that was going on. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

I'm always happy with the quality of service from Patterson. This time, Nate and Gysai had to replace my water heater. They were professional, polite and left my utility room clean. I'm thankful they were able to get to me before the weekend. Highly recommend.

I have a water well and my 21 year old softener and iron filter system started leaking and needed to be replaced. Fortunately I decided to call Patterson Plumbing. The next day Derek came out, tested the raw water and recommended a water treatment system specific to my situation. We ordered it, Mike M. installed it and it works great. Can't say enough about how customer oriented this business is. The office staff and technicians are first class. I highly recommend their services.

We were very happy with our experience. The customer service is excellent. Derek came out to my grandmothers house. He was very informative and upfront with us regarding the water heating. He took his time to explain our options and possible outcomes. I truly appreciated how kind and patient he was with my grandmother who struggles with hearing and memory loss. We will definitely continue to use Patterson for all future needs.

Brendon was terrific. He was very polite and efficient.
