Your technician Mikey Bowman came out and was very polite and dressed nice. he patiently listened to what I had to say. He worked on the sewer drain out and had to run a camera out and we found out it was our towns problem. It was in the street past our property line. I called town hall and he waited for them to come. I'm very glad he did. they were trying to blame it on my property. He told them about the camera and what he did. Thank you, Patterson, Plumbing. you were the only company that came out the soonest and gave us an appointment. I would recommend them always. The owner worked with me on the fee. Thank you to Jacob and Matt for their quick and timely services. Very satisfied with the work they performed and the repairs to the sprinkler system. From the estimate I thought it would only be a same day repair but did not know about the wait time for supplies or parts available. Otherwise great job and service.

Very professional, I feel like I can trust that the work done is done right. Our technician Damien answered all of my questions and it was easy to tell that he was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I have their gold membership and so far this year it's already paid for half of itself. They have excellent communication as well. Calling when they say they will, showing up when they say they will and sending a picture of the technician prior to them coming so you know what to expect. I trust them to do honest work and take care of my systems as if they were their own. Customer for life.

Update: I have been a Gold Member for two years now and never regret it. Jorge and Chris came out today to perform the annual inspection of my cooling system that is included in my membership. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I trust the technicians to take care of my home as if it was their own. I am grateful for great service.

Matthew installed our furnace, it was installed upside down. He was very knowledgeable and ensured everything was up and running. He programmed the thermostat before he left.
