Jorge explained everything to me before getting started so I knew what he was going to do. He was very thorough and took the time to let me know everything he did and what to expect in the future with maintenance. It was a job well done.

Jorge was great today! Very knowledgeable and let us know what was going on with images. Not like some other companies that just recommend upgrades. Jorge explained why we needed changes with the images to prove it.

Patterson Plumbing and Heating has the most knowledgeable and professional service technicians. They know their business. They fixed a major leak in the shower and a drain problem in the kitchen. They are neat and tidy and clean up any and all of the areas they service. The price was reasonable. Our appointment was confirmed on line as well as a call in the morning to confirm they were on their way. This is "old fashioned" customer service and we really appreciate it. Thank you!

Patterson booked same day service when everyone else I called couldn’t get to me for 2 weeks. Joe was the first one here and discovered that my hot water heater was leaking down onto the crawl space. I asked Joe how long it would take to get one and get it installed. Joe told me that he could do it today. He left and returned with a new high quality water heater. Nathan showed up to help install the water heater. Both young men were very professional and courteous. 2 hours later I have a new hot water heater and I am very pleased. I would recommend Patterson to anyone who has plumbing, heating or AC issues.

Every time we have used PPH they have given us an accurate quote and done everything they can to get our house up and running again! They do their best to fix the problem so that it doesn’t happen again and not just offer a band-aid solution that can potentially cost us more down the road! They show up and work hard and are friendly and professional. I appreciate not having workers who smoke on my property which has happened when we use other companies. Poor Joe had to sit outside and wait for the inspector all day in the cold but managed to address some other minor things that might have been an issue while he was waiting. They let you know who is coming with a picture of the technician so that you won’t have to worry about who is showing up at your door! They always advise getting another quote but the price was worth the peace of mind and professional and friendly and timely staff! Thank you’d so much for providing outstanding service!

My husband and I are pleased to write a rave review about Tim, who was in charge of installing our new air conditioning system. Tim’s professional manner and excellent work ethic deserve recognition! We were impressed by how he explained everything the job would entail in a way we could understand. He answered all our questions, which made us feel secure. Patterson Plumbing and Heating is by far the most communicative company I've dealt with. Emails, text messages, phone calls - they stay in touch with you regarding a job and that is reassuring. The technicians not only perform the job but they'll explain what they're doing in a detailed way, not all services do that. I have no doubt that I'll call them FIRST the next time I have a plumbing or heating issue! Thanks guys!

Ryan and the whole team at PPH were a pleasure to work with. They were very communicative, keeping me up-to-date on the progress of scheduling and work, and worked with me closely both in the original estimate and costing out the final work. Ryan and his assistant's work at our property was excellent. I would recommend PPH to others in their service area, and I would use them again.

I want to thank Patterson plumbing and heating for the great work they did for me, but even more so for the customer service they provided when things weren’t perfect. That’s where a business really shows its true colors! I had several of their technicians at my home throughout the process and even on call for a holiday weekend . Every visit they were prompt , courteous, and professional. I had 2 new swamp coolers installed while doing a remodel of the house. They were great about coordinating with my roofing company about what needed to be done. I did have a leak from one cooler and they had a tech out within an hour to fix it.
Here’s where they stand out and I absolutely believe they are a great company. When installing one of the coolers, there was some damage done to my new roof which was 3 days old. Patterson’s came out within an hour of me calling them. They took pictures of the damage and took it back to the office. They told us to have our roofer write an estimate to fix the damage and after providing it they quickly cut me a check to cover their cost of the damage without any hassle or back and forth. And for that I will say that they have integrity and outstanding professionalism and I would not hesitate to call them again for a major project.

Update: I had Derek do some repairs to my home yesterday. As always, excellent customer service. I will always be willing to pay the little bit extra to have the job done right by you folks!

Best service I've received from a company. Although it was expensive I couldn't even get other companies to tell me exactly what the problem was. Not only did Mikey (and Marco, Brendon, and Robert) fix the problem but they were pleasant and professional the whole day, keeping us updated and answering all our questions! Even my husband was highly impressed and that is saying something!!
