Patterson makes it easy with its process for service. Jorge and Dominic were on time and very personable. They went to work quickly finding the problem with A/C and repairing it. Most of all I was able to talk with them while they worked and got all of my questions answered. This team could not have been better in any way. I will always call Paterson for my system needs.

Matthew and Nathan came out to service the swamp cooler on my very high roof on a very hot day. It hadn’t been run for quite a few years so they ran into a few glitches with the equipment. They diagnosed it quickly and went beyond expectations to get it up and running. They were polite and kind, answering all of my questions. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks.

I purchased a new boiler for my heating system. Derek and Mike came out and removed the old boiler and set the new one in place. The next day Mikey Bowman came out to finish the install. Mikey has done other work for us, so my wife and I was very pleased to have Mikey back. Mikey has all the qualities of a great technician (personality, knowledge, work ethics, ability to explain what and why he did an install the way he did.) With this trio it made for a great installation. By the way Mikey was the one that convinced us to go froward with the new boiler.

Our technician Mikey was very knowledgeable and addressed every question I had. Will recommend to everybody I know.

BEWARE!!!!! This company has no integrity. One year later and this company still hasn't replaced the cement in front of my driveway from a job they did over a year ago. It has caused my sewer line to become disconnected from the tap. Company admits they forgot to put the cement back but denies any responsibility for my damages. I spoke to engineers and insurance adjusters who are 100 percent that they are responsible because of the situation . Garbage trucks and traffic have been hitting the water inundated pot hole for over a year at high speeds. These are bad people with no morals! My girlfriend is pregnant and these people couldn't care any less.

Thanks again PPH for your services. Brendon and Sam were waiting for me when I got home from work. I was late getting home and they were on time, and thankfully they waited for me. So thank you very much Brendon and Sam. It would have been very easy for them to just leave! I appreciate the staff at PPH, they are always friendly, understanding and very professional. I'll be calling in a few weeks to get ready for the summer season!

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD!! I’m so disappointed in this company! We had used them for a previous job that was around $19,000, which compared to others at the time was better. We trusted this company, and when it came time to turning on our tenants air conditioners we thought of them first and set up an appointment. The contractor called us and quoted us over $400 just to clean and turn on ONE air conditioner!! What makes this worse is that my tenant said when they first got there they had no uniforms on and they seemed kind of confused on why they were there. When she explained to them that it was to turn their air conditioner on he asked them if they were renters or if they were owners. She really didn’t know why he was asking that but she told him they were the renters and then the contractor left. We of course said no way and went with R Buck (which I totally recommend). To give you an idea of how much they were going to overcharge us, the other company we went through charged us $390 to turn on, clean, and service TWO air conditioners AND make repairs on one PLUS to come BACK in the fall and winterize them! Are you kidding me and Patterson company wanted to charge us over $400 to turn on one!

We are extremely good to our tenants, we do not raise the rents on them just to make more money, and we are always quick to fix any issues they have. The only way we are able to offer good rental rates for our tenants and to make it more affordable is by saving as much as we can on services like this. I’m not sure why a have business would think it’s okay to overcharge a landlord just because they’re a landlord and not the one living there but I’m pretty angry. I will be sure to share my experience with fellow landlords and rental companies in the area. Whether they will admit they were trying to overcharge us simply because I’m a landlord or not, The quote they gave us was a total scam!

The team at Patterson Plumbing did an outstanding job. They communicated each step of the way. They completely re-plumbed underneath the house which was no easy task given the age of the home.

Each time they came and worked, they left the place clean as if they were never there, but I saw new fixtures added each time! All my plumbing is up to par and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

Derik and Ryan were very professional and helpful through the whole process. Their teams did an amazing job! I will definitely use them at the next house!

The only complaint that I have is the holes that they cut in the floor and wall, they didn't
put the wood back.
Other than that, five star!

The experience was wonderful. The young men were very professional and friendly. Nathan did most of the work and he did a wonderful job. We were very pleased and will use your services again.
