Nick arrived earlier than I was expecting considering the time window. He was able to quickly get the furnace working! Glad the problem was caught and fixed before the temp really starts dropping! Very polite and professional.

I am warning anyone that decides to use this company to please BEWARE this company is a FRAUD!!!! The owner is a liar and his techs are trained to mislead their customers on parts and labor. The owner claimed to have installed a new board on one of our rentals and it turned out he never replaced it at all, they charged us $650.00 for a board that was already in there, so he left my tenants and their children with no heat after getting paid so I had to call another company and that is when we seen that the board was never replaced. I called the owner and asked for a refund and he blamed it on a bad batch of techs I had to remind him the owner "Jesse" that he was the one that came out to do the work and he told me that he would get with his office manager and refund us. Needless to say we never heard a word from him afterwards in fact he would not even take my calls anymore. Valley Village is here to protect this property and our tenants from companies that will take advantage of them and that is our priority. ZERO STARS FOR BEING UNETHICAL!

Response to Abbey Klein's review - Valley Village has not burned any bridges with any contractors. I have been with this company for almost three years and I have great relationships with everyone we work with as we gave McCormick Heating and Air all business regarding our rentals until we found out that the company was basically stealing from us. Not only has Jesse, Nick and any other tech that has came out here lied and betrayed our tenants but you Abbey Klein lied to me as well yesterday stating that Robert (Maintenance) went into your office the other day asking you guys to come do some work on one of our rentals. Cat got your tongue when I let you know that Robert is actually my husband so I knew for a fact that he did not go into your office. Please stop and recognize you and your company have some real issues, people need heating and air but they need an HONEST!!! company to take care of them.

Nick was professional and friendly. He quickly fixed the issue with our boiler, and walked me through the system. Nick and I also discussed energy saving ideas to consider in the future. I would definitely use McCormick Heating and Cooling again.

Nick did the work for actually $5 less than I was expecting to pay, based on what I asked for when I called. And he threw in a free filter, because my filter was filthy, as well as my heat exchanger outside. There was nothing else wrong with my unit (we were worried about the recent hail), and Nick did not try to chisel more money from me. He was super quick and very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Angies List!

I had a rocky start with McCormick Heating and Cooling, but once they sent Nick over the problem was correctly diagnosed. It was a more complicated fix, but Nick was able to get the correct part (in spit of Home Warranty) and install it in a matter of hours. Everything is working great!

Our furnace was really old and too costly to keep repairing, so I called for an estimate on a new unit. They came out for free and gave me a great price on a new system. Their service guy explained the process and details clearly. There were no unexpected charges; they completed the work the same week, and done in only a few hours. New system runs perfectly couldn't ask for a better company

Our technicians, Justin and Josiah were professional and went above and beyond to install our heater. We are very satisfied with our experience with Mccormick heating and cooling and our installation team.

Nick Torres did a wonderful job diagnosing and solving our AC problems. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very pleased American Home Shield assigned McCormick’s to solve our issues.

I have had my furnace repaired and now my A/C in a very timely and efficient manner. Both instances, the tech was very straightforward and answered any questions. Very professional. I forgot the furnace guy's name. The A/C guy that was swift and professional is Nick Torres.

Nick came out to my house after hours to fix our AC , He had it working in no time ! He did a great job , very professional and reasonable. We will be using McCormick for now on!!
