    This company was hired through my home warranty insurance, and they are the worst. They have little to no knowledge on heat pumps, parts or equipment. While installing my heat pump they burn the control panel board, and they didn't communicate this to the warranty company. Three weeks later they still haven't order the rigth part, drove all they way to my house twice, just to let me know they got the wrong one (probably because they have no idea what they are doing) and just complain and point the finger to the warranty company. Stay clear from this company.

    Horrible customer service, no call backs when they say they will. It's been almost 2 weeks since they've come to our home and suggested the needed replacements. They told us they're busy and we're not their only customer and that we need to call our home warranty company. We call our home warranty company to follow up and they have not received the estimate from McCormick. What a nightmare wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    Another week has gone by and nothing done by McCormick through our home warranty company. Apparently they just don't care. Horrible business practice!

    Finally my home warranty company fired these guys and got me in touch with another company that is happy to have our business.

    Our service tech was Cruz. Firstly, Cruz knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable, professional and customer service to the N’th degree. Cruz explained all the tests he was performing, what they would show him and ultimately what his diagnosis was. He arrived at 6:45 PM after we had a mix up on our personal scheduling. He left at 8:42PM! Where do you get service like that?! I would give him 10 stars if I could. We grabbed his business card and will be recommending Cruz and McCormick to all of our neighbors. Oh, we also tried to feed him dinner because we felt guilty about how long he stayed. He took some food “to go”. Great guy.

    I was assigned McCormick heating and cooling from my home insurance company and so happy that is who I got! From the first appointment of the annual maintenance with Daniel, when he let me know my furnace needed to be replaced and was unsafe to use. He even helped me figure out how to resubmit with my insurance to get a new one ordered. Then once it came in, Josiah and Justin came out to install the new furnace. They were very professional and friendly. I had to work in the living room right next to where the furnace was being installed and they were very considerate and worked quickly. They even kept me filled in on things throughout the process! It was all around and enjoyable experience!!

    They came to repair my AC and over charged for the freon, I asked for a full refund cause my unit was not working after this. Then I told them it sounded like it was going to explode after the repair, that they needed to come fix it right. I spoke with the office manager and she pretended like she couldnt hear me and refused to answer my calls after that. Then another day i was told they were not coming back so i called hey my insurance and told them they didn't want to come back a fix the issue and kept canceling the work order with my home insurance. My insurance contacted them and they still refused to come out so the job got turned over to a great company who did the job right.

    As a first time home buyer we had to put in our first warranty claim and we were so lucky that Antony T. was our tech on site. He went above and beyond as the temps in Denver were starting to get really really cold. Our furnace needs to be replaced, and on his way back into Denver he brought us space heaters to help the situation. We are so grateful for his kindness and will for sure be using McCormick's again in the future!

    My second shoutout is to Shelby in the warranty department, she was so helpful and really was the calm in this situation that we needed. She was so understanding and very knowledgeable about next steps. We truly appreciate her!

    Josiah was awesome, he did a great job and I will totally recommend him and McCormick Heating and Air to anyone who ever has issues. His work was very neat and clean. He got right to it and got it done right away and I was very satisfied with all his work. Great job bud. Also talking with Ally and Josh was always nice and simple and both were very knowledgeable. Thank you all for great service!!!

    I was not sure what to expect when 2-10 Home Warranty assigned me to McCormick to diagnose my furnace that was on its last legs and rattling. Any worry was quickly put aside, the front desk got me scheduled quickly for two appointments. First, Antony showed up on time, he was friendly and knowledgable, and answered all my questions regarding the assessment and how an install would proceed. Finally, Justin closed out the positive experience, busting out the job in a crawl space, making sure to leave the site better than he found it, and walked me through how to register my new furnace with the manufacturer. They just got a new HVAC customer for any future work, thanks McCormick.

    We have had an amazing experience dealing with Nick and his team over multiple visits. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make the process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Very easy to contact over the phone. One laborer (Cruz) even drove back out to make sure everything was working properly and that we got the extra paperwork we requested. That personal attention and responsibility is what sets them apart. Their prices are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling work.

    Great service, very friendly and helpful. We had our furnace go out and luckily our home warranty company sent McCormick out to do the evaluation. Kristopher did the initial inspection and supplied the info needed to the warranty company to get the replacement approved. I spent a lot of time working with Kaylee (I hope I spelled her name right) in the office and she really helped us "fight" the warranty company who wanted to repair the (40+year old) furnace vs replacing it. Angelo and Justin installed the new unit quickly and didn't leave any mess. I would highly recommend McCormick and will be calling them first if we have any issues in the future.
