Very honest service. Gave me advice to fix the issue without sending a mechanic over!

Cruz was probably one of the most intelligent and well spoken person I’ve encountered in a while. He was the second company to come to my house to fix my issue. The first company came out 3 times and didn’t fix it. Cruz came out replaced the motor, fixing the issue, in an hour. Highly recommend this company. They’re dependable, capable and courteous.

Nick was amazing , he was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the motor in my furnace and my AC was up and running in no time. I am so thankful that he had everything he needed to fix the problem on the spot. Thank you Nick for your fast friendly service this morning 🌞 I will recommend McCormick
to friends and family in the future.

Kris was very timely and professional. He took the time to consult with us to determine the best course of action. He was very thorough, and patiently answered our many questions. I would definitely recommend McCormick, especially Kris. We were enjoying cooler air immediately, we were very pleased!

Had an extremely poor visit from their technicians. The window they gave me was 12:30 - 5 PM, so I planned my work day around that. Then I got a text that the technicians were leaving at 11:18 AM. So I tried to make it back in time to be at the house for the visit. By the time I arrived, they had "checked everything" and found no issue with the furnace. Checked the vents for CO. They briefly talked to my girlfriend, and then strong armed her into paying the 100$ for the service visit. All within 20 - 25 minutes. By the time I got there, there was no sign of their truck at all.

We had two different contractors check the furnace since then. Both of them said the exact same thing, the heat exchanger was cracked and would require a full furnace replacement, since most companies do not replace only heat exchangers. The two separate contractors identified this issue within 10 minutes of looking at the furnace. Conveniently McCormick missed this entirely. This tells me one of two things, either their technicians are inept or rushed through the job to then bully a customer into paying the service fee. Definitely get a second opinion when you use these folks.

EDIT: Oh, I also forgot to include in my review: they told my girlfriend they would follow up with a reporting of what they found. It has been almost 2 weeks since the visit and not a peep from them.

They are amazing! I had a furnace emergency and they were incredible at getting me right away. The office person was great and was so nice even though I was so panicked! She calmed me down and was very helpful. The technician Nick explained everything he was doing and what was going on with. It was great to be included and to learn about what was going on. I highly recommend them!

Can't say enough good things about my experience with these folks. Their office was prompt and communicative. Cruz, who came out to actually perform the diagnosis and repair, was amazing. He was personable and efficient, diagnosing our issue within 10 minutes. Once the part came in, he installed it within 20 minutes, and we were back up and running. All the while, Cruz understood that we are a particularly "COVID-cautious" household, taking all reasonable steps to make us feel comfortable. Definitely my new go-to company for all things heat/AC.

Great service. They were able to get me scheduled the same day I called about my ac. Nick arrived as scheduled, and quickly fixed my unit. This is my second experience with McCormick and they’ve earned my trust and my business. Highly recommended.

Had Kris from McCormick come out to fix our ac and I was very happy with his work. On time, called me ahead, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes, and got it taken care of. Very honest and I'll think of McCormick for future HVAC needs.Thanks again Kris!

Nick (lead service technician) is wonderful. He is very helpful and does great work! We are comfortable with him in our home while taking care of our heating and cooling system needs. Thank you for helping take care of our initial install and a few years later (now) helping with our check-up services too.
