Nick Torres fixed my AC in no time, even though he had to build a part in order to do so. He was friendly and professional, he answered all of my questions, and gave me a few tips to keep my unit running smoothly. I can’t recommend McCormick enough!

Called about an AC quote and our home warranty. They came the SAME DAY. Nick gave me a call and text and arrived on time. He was professional, listened well, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained how a home warranty works, the tiers in the brands of air conditions, and was very thorough in his explanation of the issues with my air conditioner.

(update 6/4/19) Well it has been 10 months. The new $500 board they installed did get the system working. (old one fried from AC condensation water leaking on it) However, the system short cycles. It comes on and goes off before reaching its temperature then repeats, sometimes never reaching its temperature setting. They have been out a couple times since and blame it on a sensor. "Fix" is to sand off carbon from the sensor. SO, do I keep paying them to come out and sand a sensor?? Or have a different company come check the system to see if it has to do with the new (used) board they put in my system.

(day of 1st service) Nick came out in the window time promised. Was friendly. And was able to troubleshoot and find my problem quickly. Even better was able to fix my problem today! All good news. (well accept that my furnace was broke, but I knew that)
Note on first visit. Nick does cuss. Also gives a discount if you give a 5 star review that he verifies before you pay the bill.

Cruz of McCormick was dispatched to my home for an AC compressor that would not start up. Cruz quickly identified the problem as a defective capacitor and replace the part. He then evaluated my system to make sure there was nothing else going on and verified everything was in good working order.
