    When our boiler was having issues, we quickly found out not many companies in the area would even come take a look at it. McCormick was great, and Kris and team were professional, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Fantastic service, and we’re glad to know who to call next time there’s a problem.

    Great experience with this company. Nick Torres and Chris came to my house to service my heating and AC system now that winter is coming. They were thorough and Nick did a great job of answering my questions and explaining to me how to keep my older systems in good shape. Will use them again.

    NICK. IS. A. ROCKSTAR! Seriously. He was in and out in less than half the time he predicted. He is super nice, appreciates that I am working from home (without AC!), and just a great guy.
    This was a warranty repair, and the warranty company was super slow, but everyone at McCormick was great - and I will use them outside of a warranty repair, without hesitation! IF I could give them 10 stars, I would!

    Called my warranty company because my air conditioner wouldn't cool my home. They sent McCormick Heating and Cooling out to check it.
    Nick shows up on the very next Saturday, on time and very professional. He actually contacted me the same day that I called my warranty company, but I had to schedule for the weekend.

    Nick took a look and identified a few problems right away. He fixed them all and was on his way a hour later. You won't find a more professional, personable and competent repairman. Thanks Nick!

    I recently had Mccormick out to do maintenance on our AC and furnace. While there they also repaired our humidifier. Nick was very friendly and professional and explained what he had done. Would recommend them and will call them if I have issues in the future.

    We got a new house in Spring 2019. The realtor got us a home warranty. Our AC didn't work so the warranty folks contracted with McCormick. The technician (not Jesse) who came out was professional and thoughtful. McComick said we needed "upgrades." We didn't know any better, so we went along with it. Of course warranty wouldn't pay for upgrades so we had to pay about $1200 (half of cost of repair) directly to this company. The repair could not occur until late in the season. I tested the AC out a week or so after they left and it didn't seem to work properly. I spoke to a manager "Jesse" who said the AC will not work when it is in the 60s out because it is not hot enough to boil the coolant. This seemed reasonable. Jesse reassured me that their workmanship is guaranteed for a year, so I can simply call them next summer if it doesn't work and they will come and check it out. Flash forward to "next summer" or now, which is June of 2020. The AC still didn't function properly. I called again and Jesse said that because it was a warranty repair they only guarantee their work for 45 days. He was making up any excuse not to come out and check out our AC. He very reluctantly agreed to come out and check our AC (it was simple problem-- bad filter--something we could have managed over the phone with a pic if Jesse had the insight to walk us through it), but charged us for a service call. The amount wasn't that much, only $80, but it is clear that their word of mouth promises are very deceptive (get everything in writing if your warranty folks make you work with these guys) and their commitment to the customer and customer service is very poor.
