I came home from a long day of work sweating from the heat and found my air conditioner dead.I had a next day appointment .James was extremely thorough with his explanation of what was what was wrong with my A/C unit. He made all the repairs within the specified time and had my cool air restored.Great Value and Customer Service.Highly recommended

The tech that came out did nothing but complain and all he wanted to do was leave, but not before charging me a service fee for accomplishing nothing. I try to call the office and get a run a round by their staff. They tell me a manger will call me and never does. Then they just hang up on you when you demand to speak with someone in charge. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
