    We arranged for the removal of old fiberglass attic insulation, the installation of a spray foam vapour barrier and the installation of a new layer of cellulose insulation on top. The crews were quite pleasant and professional. They had contacted the day before to confirm the time. They took great care to maintain the carpeting and furniture, and they cleaned up after themselves. The staff was efficient, offered wonderful follow-up and was quite patient in addressing our numerous questions. I would hire Walters Heating And Air Conditioning again in a heartbeat.

    Needed AC service and found Walters Heating & Air Conditioning via Google. Good reviews and they're "in the neighborhood," so I call them up.
    The phone number leads to an offshore call center(India?). After charging me $300, they did dispatch an HVAC tech for two days later. He was great and did great work. But(!) he doesn't work for Walters. No Walters hat, shirt, truck, etc. Oh, and he presented a further bill! I guess an appointment costs $300? He was a little cagey about the company that dispatched him, but I guess he doesn't want to bite the hand that feeds?
    I'm not even clear if there's a physical company called Walters because every time I call, it leads to an offshore call center. Rechecking Google, the address listed is just the local Home Depot. Seems fishy.
    As far as I can tell, this is just a sort of middleman company. Listed as HVAC, but they just take a cut and then call you an real HVAC company.
    This theory is further supported by the call center people offering HVAC, plumbing, electrician, cleaners, etc etc. I guess they're willing to call any sort of actual tradesperson for you after they lighten your wallet of a convenience fee.

    Bottom line: I'm not sure if I'd call them a scam, but it sure feels dirty. Search a little harder and find an actual HVAC company, not this strange concierge service.

    Walters Heating and Air Conditioning is a superb company that provides its customers with superior service. My heating system malfunctioned last night and I called Walter's customer service number. A customer service representative answered immediately and within minutes I had an appointment scheduled first thing this morning. My technician arrived promptly and he was very professional. Within 20 minutes, my system was up and running. I would recommend them to anyone. Walter's provided me with superior, timely, courteous, and affordable service. Thank you!

    I had a great experience with Walters Heating & Air Conditioning technician. He came out to tune up our AC before we sold our house and he was very thorough, explained everything, was prompt and very polite. This was the second time using them and we have been impressed on both occasions.We would definitely recommend them.

    Response great. Service technicians are very nice. My problem is that they are not vaccinated against Covid. I called and was told that I should have told the dispatcher that I wanted techs that were vaccinated. They are given the option of being vaccinated and that they are tested weekly. One stated he was tested a couple of months ago and the other didn’t respond. This is extremely distressing. I gave them each a 95 mask and asked that they use gloves.

    After reading a positive review from a neighbor, I called Jason when I returned home to a cold house after work. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it for a fair price. I will definitely call for future problems and maintenance.
