Couldn't be happier! They installed dual furnaces and dual hot water heaters for my larger than average home, all in one day. Other estimates came in up to 2.5 X more. They were more than fair and the quality of their work was on point. I would, and often do recommend them to others. One of the best of many contractors/trades I have worked with in Evergreen. Pace and Sons Mechanical was recommended to me by my home warranty company when my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was appreciated because of course this had to happen during the summer months when it’s so hot! We ended up needing to buy a brand new ac unit, but Corey and his son were great through this process. They were professional, honest, and helpful. The day of the installation they arrived on time, worked diligently to get us back up and running, and then finished in a timely manner. Corey walked us through everything we needed to know, and they left the house just as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend Pace and Sons Mechanical for your HVAC needs; they’re a trustworthy, family owned business and they do an awesome job!

Was forced to use them through home warranty company. Although there was a significant delay in obtaining the motor for our evaporative cooler, I was pleased with their eventual service & installation. The mechanic even included a free furnace check-up/cleaning.

Pace and Sons came out and replaced our water heater. They were very professional and priced just right. We are definitely using them again for any futures hvac issues!!!

Our furnace stopped working, and with cold temperatures outside and two kids we needed it fixed quickly. I called several other HVAC service companies but the earliest appointments were days/weeks away. Fortunately, Pace & Sons was able to stop by to take a look on the same day. Corey was very friendly, didn't try to up-sell unnecessary services, gave us an honest assessment, and fixed the furnace at a reasonable price. We didn't have any other options, so he could have taken advantage of that position but didn't. Pace & Sons saved the day (or in this case freezing nights), and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We used Pace & Son's through our home warranty with Fidelity. After visiting us last month to diagnose a second issue with our swamp cooler, we have essentially been ghosted by Pace & Son's. They told us our unit would need completely replaced, and they would get the report over to Fidelity ASAP to request the cash out option. This all seemed great, we had pretty much decided we would cash out with Fidelity and continue working with Pace & Son's for the replacement.

It has been 4 weeks, and not even Fidelity can reach them. Not to mention, there worker had a broken arm and looked pretty severely injured during his second visit to our house. The placement of ladder and lack of safety precautions probably explains why he fell off a roof at another location (he pretty much told us this happened, and he was claiming it was a personal injury to avoid workers comp).

The ladder was extremely wobbly and looked very unsafe on our property. My partner actually went out and held it for him to prevent a fall. Overall, we were initially impressed and then extremely let down with this service. They will not be getting any business from me, and I will bring up the poor service and unsafe work practices to anyone that asks about HVAC recommendations.

Cory was sent out by our home warranty company. Our boiler was not heating and with 3 little girls and cold weather we were so happy he was able to come the very next day and even earlier in the day than we had originally thought. He was professional and resolved the issue right away. We will be calling him for all of our future boiler issues!
