Chance and Oscar did an amazing job installing our whole house fan. They were very helpful, polite, professional, and went above ad beyond to make our experience great. They even painted to existing vents on the roof to match the new once. The fan works great, is quiet, and isn't near as intrusive as I thought it would be. I would recommend Colorado Home and Cooling to anyone looking!

They installed a whole house fan for me. The two technicians who came out were polite and completed the job in a professional manner. There was an issue of a difference in the price between the quote given me and what was charged. However, the owner made good and refunded me the difference. The company was very honest and I appreciate their high ethical standards. I would recommend them without reservation.

They came on time and installed 3 sun tunnels in our house. Our attic is very tight-spaced but within 3 hours, Carl and Ken checked out the work areas, set to work, and finished the entire installation and the final cleanup. Very efficient and professional. We recently had a whole house fan installed. Technicians Chance and Oscar were great. They were on time, knew their craft, worked efficiently and were careful of their surroundings. They were courteous, helpful in teaching us the basics of operating the fan and they thoroughly cleaned their work area when the job was completed. Great team and great experience with this installation.

Great install team came in and within 4 hours had evaluated our attic ventilation requirements, came up with a plan, and installed our Quiet Whole House Fan. These guys made it look easy and had plenty of experience.

Installed an attic vent van to go with our whole house fan. They had to special order it since we wanted a bluetooth enabled one but Marcella was great with communication, letting us know where the product was and the timeline for installation. On the day of install, our tech was phenomenal - going up into our 145° and installing the fan and answering questions for us. He also cleaned up thoroughly which was much appreciated. The fan now keeps our attic at a reasonable 100 to 110° During the hot hot days so our AC doesn’t have to kick on as much.

Carl and Cameron installed a QuietCool whole house fan and installed more ventilation to keep from pulling exhaust from our furnace and hot water heater in the basement. They were friendly, punctual, clean and professional. They were patient with our questions and answered them fully. This new fan is very quiet yet powerful enough to bring in adequate air from the outdoors. We are very happy with their work and can highly recommend them to others.

CHCD Installed a whole-house attic fan in our house and I love it. I can cool the house down and reduce the need to run our air conditioning. It will also create a breeze in rooms where we were not getting any airflow. We are so much more comfortable in our house! Jordan and Chance did the install and they were efficient and thorough.
