I had a wonderful experience with the installation of a whole house fan. CHCD did a good job of communicating throughout the entire process. Chance and Carl were prompt and quickly set to work. They were able to install the fan in 90 mins and cleaned up after themselves. They went over a demo of how to use the fan and were very thorough. I can't wait for summer to come so I can put this baby to work! I would definitely recommend CHCD for anyone interested in their products.

Colorado Home Cooling & Daylighting installed a whole house fan and solar attic fan for us. They were prompt, polite, and professional and helped us make a few small decisions along the way, never feeling pressured to spend more. Loved the immediate change it made in cooling our house and look forward to using it next summer. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

Andrew and Cam installed two fan systems in our home. They were very professional. One of the ceilings they had to install in has a specialty finish. They were very careful to not damage it and even painted the register to match ( with paint we provided ). Couldn't be more pleased with the work and the systems. Thanks!!

Oscar and Carl were early, got straight to work after going through the detailed contract, checking out the attic for proper/needed ventilation, the best place for the fan, control and answering my questions. Both are professional, great work ethic and friendly, my Huskies loved them !! I appreciate the detailed contract/charges so I knew what I was paying for parts and installation.

Chance and Anthony arrived on time and very pleasant from our first meeting. Chance thoroughly explained the process and the ventilation needs and how ours was lacking. Once I approved they went right to work and knocked it out quickly and efficiently. Once done, they thoroughly cleaned their work areas. Chance then gave me a tutorial on my new Whole House Fan. Very happy with the entire process. Highly recommend, especially this team.

Had an amazing experience with them and exceptional follow up customer service! Installed a whole house fan and vents over two years ago. The whole house fan works amazingly well. We had a minor leak near one of the vents and although it turned out to be due to another older vent being in bad shape (so not even their responsibility), they still came by 2 years later and fixed & recaulked everything both on the inside and outside on the roof - all for no charge at all.

Marcela explained our options and worked with us to schedule a whole house fan install. She made herself completely available as our questions came up. Andrew led an installation that took about half a day as our existing electric wasn't the most simple to tie into. The QuietCool fan makes an enormous difference in distributing air in our home and regulating temperature. The installation was professional and thorough. Dry wall cuts were well done and the roof vents, ceiling vent, and switch/timer were finished nicely. We highly recommend Colorado Home Cooling!

No hassle quote, got scheduled immediately, the technicians were on-time, worked diligently, were conscientious of keeping the house as clean as possible, made sure the whole house fan was installed correctly with no issues, and were professional the entire time. The fan is working exactly as advertised and is already a complete game changer for keeping my West-facing house cool and comfortable without the insane cost of a new AC. Great job CHCD team!!

From start to finish, phone estimate to install, Andrew was professional, courteous, and insured us that they could install quickly and efficiently. We had several estimates, but chose Colorado Home Cooling because of Andrew's Veteran status, and their competitive rate. He and his employee arrived on time and finished in the time they stated, and they did not disrupt our busy home schedule. We were give the opportunity to choose the location of our fan intake location, and they provided a hands-on tutorial after the install to teach us how to use it. I can't say enough about this company.

One week from initial website contact to a cooler home! We have A/C but prefer the fresh air for sleeping. Several years ago another company said they could not install a system due to attic configuration. Luckily for us, Jason and Jake from CHC arrived with smiles, information and patience. The job was done in a few hours (with fewer vents than originally thought) and they were fabulous. They were careful, they cleaned up beautifully and we could not be happier.
