They came out quickly. The repair technician was very informative and helpful in limping our ancient (34 yr old) ac unit along. He offered to come back when we are ready to quote us on a new unit. Definitely grateful to the business for a fast repair and respectful technician.

Derek was a referral from another company. He came to Wellington for no extra charge and his price still beat others. Then I was totally impressed with his knowledge and meticulous work on my furnace. His training and care is above and beyond and I highly recommend him and his company

This is a definitely a professionally run company. My call was returned within
2 hours despite the upcoming 4th of July weekend! Derick provided a detailed bid proposal with competitive rates. Installers...Ronnie and Izac were prompt, efficient, kind and respectful.They called to confirm arrival (big plus) and covered their shoes and protected my carpet with tarps. My A/C unit runs great and comes with a warrantee, which includes 2 years labor! I am a happy customer and have already referred this company to a family member.

This company is fantastic. I came home to a cold house at 5pm on a Friday and they were here within the hour working to get me heat and didn't even charge extra for after hours service. They spent 2 hours looking for the issue. Once they figured out the problem they returned the next morning part in hand. A few weeks went by and I was still having heating issues. Turns out that the original repair brought other issues to the surface. They came out once again, resolved these issues and didn't charge me for the second trip even though it was a new issue. Great care for my family and me. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I had the company come out and put a new furnace in my home and they did a wonderful job. They made me feel comfortable in my home and were very respectful of my property. Christian and Ronnie did an amazing job with my new furnace and A/C. I am definitely going to use them in rhe future.

Our AC went out on a Sunday morning. I called and Ronnie was able to come by the same day, ahead of schedule even. He was very courteous, fast working, and answered all of my questions. We were very happy with them.

Our weather was below zero outside and our gas furnace stopped heating. I called A to Z I called them when I woke and they said they would be here same day between 8-9 am and technician arrived at 8am. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was Very satisfied with A to Z!!

Great job Ronnie! I called A to Z on st 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Got Ronnie on the phone and told him air conditioner was working. He was here in Eaton in 40 minutes. Found the problem and fixed it quickly.
