The job did not get done. He said I had to pay $2100 to fix the coil and I said ok let's do since the parts are under warranty. Then on 4-21-23 he said he was not going to do it and my warranty was not valid since he did the job a few years ago and he was not license. Now he does not answer and I need to get a new company and pay for the parts what a conman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

Scammers!! Put all of our money into buying a new house then got screwed out of even more money when we thought we were using a trustworthy company through our home policy. They came to our house, misdiagnosed our issues, put in “needed” new parts, then told us we needed an entire new furnace because they had detected carbon monoxide (which was a lie). Charged us $600 for a $300 maximum job after they had already charged our home policy company $1,100+. When asked for a detailed receipt with the charges we were told “I am not going to discuss the costs of running a HVAC company with you”. We have been sitting in the cold (below freezing) for going on 2 weeks, trying to run space heaters 24/7 to keep our pipes from freezing, just to have another company come in and tell us we have no carbon monoxide detection. I am just thankful it happened to us and not a family with young children or elderly people. 100% do not recommend, this company should not even be in business!

BEWARE- we had home warranty work with AtoZ and they charged us $600 out of our pocket for $200 worth of pipe work before they would guarantee their work- only then did they perform cO2 testing only to then tell us we needed a new furnace. Now they want another $1300 out of my pocket- while charging my warranty company $3400 for a heating unit. They are a total scam. They even joked about charging so much for the pipe job- unaware my finance was listening to every word they spoke. Total waste of money- left us without heat through the New Years weekend- the coldest temps so far this year.

A to Z Heating and Cooling were great to deal with. They installed a new furnace for us. They had great communication, were here when they said they would be and completed the job quickly. I was impressed by the respect they had for my house. They covered my floors leading to the basement to protect them and cleaned up their work area around the furnace better than it was before they got here. Al and the staff were great and I highly recommend!

I had A to Z Heating and Cooling at my residence recently and I have to say they did a wonderful job! I was going through my home warranty and didn't have favorable experiences with other vendors, but A to Z was able to get our new unit installed so fast and for less than the others were charging. Thank you!!!

I called A to Z through my home warranty. Al was very professional, courteous and came out that same day to look at my AC unit that was not wanting to work. He assessed the issues very quickly and got me back up and running. I appreciate his professionalism and timeliness. I will call A to Z for future issues. 😊

I would like to give a big thanks to A to Z Heating & Cooling! They were at my house within couple hours on a hot Friday evening. They stayed until almost 7 in the evening to make sure we had cool air. Martin was great and explained everything he did.

I have used them several times over the last two years recently they did some work and it didn't quite fix not their fault but due to age of the AC. They came out today and spent a couple hours and fixed it
I really appreciate all they do to help out customers. Would recommend them anytime.

Parts changers is all they are. Didn’t fix the problem on my buddies furnace! Leave it to the pros guys or don’t do the work.

Replaced our AC Condenser Unit. Fast, friendly, honest and trustworthy. Strongly recommend!!!
