Bought an air conditioner through Lowes which contracted the work out to this company. The unit they installed didn't pass inspection. I would expect that when they came to give us a quote they would had looked to make sure the correct gauge wiring was there to support the unit and that it met Code. Now we're left spending more money to install a new circuit so the unit will meet Code. Very disappointed in both companies and their lack of customer service.

Tonight was one of the coldest nights starting this fall, was going to start my furnace when I realized it wasn’t working. Called and everyone was so nice and answered all my questions, technician came out and fixed my issue, affordable and professional, will use their services again, highly recommend.

These guys did an excellent job on installing my AC and heater unit in my house and help me get the financing I needed to pay for it they're really helpful and answered all my questions and help me pick out exactly what was going to be perfect for my house I am really pleased with the expertise and the professionalism that they handled my install with

They were actually responsive and called us back when other companies never even returned a call or they had sent a tech out at the wrong time scheduled.Thank I would recommend them to anyone and The tech plus is one of the owners was very respectful and informative
