Today Kevin L came out to inspect and clean my heating system and water heater. He communicated well, did a thorough job and explained what he found and my options clearly. This is the second time I have had Basset out and they are my HVAC company. Very pleased with them! They deliver what they promise.

Eric and Christopher were professional and knowledgeable. They listen to me explain what I thought the issue was and they quickly inspected, saw the issues and were able to fix it right away. My neighbor recommended them and I’m very happy we used them. I will be using them from here on out and definitely will be requesting Eric and/or Christopher.

We are trying to just make our system last a few more years and Bassett has been so great about helping us without pressuring to make the upgrade now. Very honest techs and they are always very professional. We have used this company for several years and have recommended them to our friends. Even when we had a mistake in ordering our part, they worked to see it corrected and gave us a discount to make up for it. Thanks Kevin and Bobby for a job well done!

The a/c went out on a very hot day, and Basset was the only company that would answer their phone on a Saturday. Thomas was the technician that came out for the call. Thomas was able to arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment time, and he was very professional and courteous. He walked us through the diagnostic process as well as the repair process. He was able to have the a/c back up and running in less than an hour. This company truly cares about people, and is very cost effective. Highly recommended!

Kevin is awesome. Kids, wife, dogs everyone loved his attitude and liked him being here. I loved honest great answers, he gave us options and guidance. It felt like he was here to help, not just make a sale and move on to the next customer. The only thing he wasn’t great at was accepting compliments. He kept giving credit for his response and training back to Basset. Talked about the team at the office, the other techs being just as qualified. He was refreshing to work with and I wish my employees would be more like him. 10 out of 10. I hope my schedule never breaks again. But if it does, call Basset. Ask for Kevin.

My Air conditioning was not working. Kevin came out n fixed it no problem. He was nice and professional. He explained what he was doing. And had it up n running in no time. Ive used Bassett several times and have always been happy with them. I would totally recommend highly.

Kevin came in time and very professional. We smelled gas and he found and fixed the leak. He took the time to tell us about all the services we were interested in which took a good deal of extra time. I’m positive we won’t be using any other company for our housing needs. Would highly recommend and we will use them yearly for maintenance needs.

We have been having some issues with our furnace over the last couple of weeks, and we were recommended to Basset Heating and Air. To our surprise they had an opening on the schedule for today. Kevin was the tech that came to our house this evening to help us identify what was happening with our system. Even after having a very long day he was extremely helpful and courteous. He discussed some of the things that could be happening and he was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem and get us up and running! We really appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain some of the services that are offered through the company, but at no time did we feel like he was trying to push a sale on us. Kevin was so amazing, and we will be reaching out to this team whenever we have a heating or air conditioner need in the future. We would love to have Kevin in our home again!

Basset had previous installed an AC when I moved into my current home. They did an excellent job. Just recently they installed a new hot water heater, and again their work was excellent. The technician, Kevin, professionally completed the job and reviewed all the pertinent details with me. Highly recommended.
