We had a new furnace and central air installed in April and have been extremely happy with the technicians Eric and Lorenzo. Kevin came and explained how to operate the new system. It sure is wonderful to have air-conditioning this summer something new for us! Brad and Victoria cleaned the ducts and vents in our home yesterday. They all were professional and efficient. They got the job done quickly. Mike has been so easy to work with and I have been pleased with the job and would recommend Bassett Heating, Plumbing &:Air Conditioning.

Tristan and Lorenzo were knowledgeable and friendly. When they ran into an issue they called their supervisor who came out at 7p to help fix the issue so we would have heat that night. They were prompt and as they made progress stopped to inform us where they were and how it was going. We have used Bassett several times and each time they are always wonderful.

Thomas was my technician. I had my blower motor and evaporator coil cleaned. All I can say is great service with integrity. Another company tried to quote me the same service for about $2000 more due to my furnace being in a tight location in the crawl space saying they needed to take everything apart and pump down the system. Thomas informed me that none of that was required, and completed the needed service in about 1.5 hrs. I highly recommend using them for your future needs, as I will, because they do quality work without trying to rip off the customer, as was attempted in my situation. Thomas was extremely friendly, and thoroughly explained the answers to the questions I had as well. Once again, I highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend this company. We had Kyle Craig as our service guy and he was super professional and knowledgeable on everything we had to go over and we learned quite a bit on our homes systems and the maintenance that we weren’t aware of prior. Would highly recommend this compnay based on our experience with our first use of them.

As a real estate agent, Basset is my go to when I have clients with an HVAC need. Kevin Laurich was my tech today and he did an outstanding job. They never try to up sale you on something that you do not need and I really appreciate the integrity of this company!

I called another company when my heat went out of my house they weren't open on New Years Day. I called Basset heating they told me they would arrive within two hours of me calling. Christian responded promptly and helped my heater. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. I am pleased with my service and would recommend Basset to anyone prompt and friendly.

Billy came out and cleaned our ducts and I am very impressed on how professional he was and thorough. He called when he was 20 min away to let me know he was coming and arrived within the hour time frame I was given. I was told it would take a few hours to clean and get was done in the time frame I was given. When he finished he made sure he cleaned up anything he left behind. I highly recommend Basset, all my interactions with them have been professional and wonderful. I love how they text you a picture of the tech that is coming so I know who I'm looking for.

They were quick to come in and give me an estimate. The furnace installment was also scheduled quickly. The work went well, but it took long since they were training a new person. Overall, I would use them again.
