Thank you to Bassett for helping me ,when another company canceled at the last second. They made sure they help me on a cold night to give us he Anthony was very professional explained every detail and helped us with a appliance protection . I recommend them they did a Awesome job.

Very happy with our duct and vent cleaning from Brendan today. He was friendly, respectful and thorough. It took him a little over 2 hours to do our entire house, which is reasonable. I’m so happy we went with Basset for our new furnace and AC installation next week.

Basset heating and air are amazing all of there techs are very knowledgeable and walk you through Everything. Kevin was amazing and definitely informed me of everything about my hvac system.

We called Basset Heating and AC because our AC had not been working and it was 82 degrees in our home. We previously waited about a week and a half for another company to come out but then called Basset and they came out immediately. Jake Harris was our technician and he was so great! He immediately found the problem and was able to walk us through how to keep up with maintenance for our AC unit. He was honest and professional and knew what he was doing. He had our unit up and working immediately which was soooo nice after being without AC for about 2 weeks. Jake made our first experience with Basset so wonderful that we will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend them to everyone! The only thing I’m kicking myself for is not calling Basset Heating and AC sooner. I will from now on always call them anytime I have any issues in my home because I truly do trust them and don’t feel like they just try to make a sale.

Christian Johnson, the technician, was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and capable. He started work immediately, was thorough, and used time wisely. He came prepared to perform the scheduled maintenance and conveyed what he was doing and what should be scheduled in the future. I am pleased and impressed!

Just had Thomas the Service manager from Basset Heating and Air come by and hooked me up with a new furnace, Air Conditioning, and a steam humidifier for a super reasonable price. Thanks Basset Heating and Air!

I’m adding to this review because I lot is going on. After Thomas hooked me up with all the equipment I want to say two or three days later Anthony Simone came and cleaned my vents. He did a phenomenal job and was able to get everything done before I was even leaving for work! On top of that he even let me look inside the vents before he cleaned them because I was curious about what it looked like before! It was pretty cool to be honest and I couldn’t have gotten a better company to help me with this.

On top of all that Lorenzo Colon as well as Eric Campos showed up this morning to start working on the actual installation of the new heating/central AC and humidifier. So far everything is going great and they are super friendly and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but you guys are truly review write worthy. Thank you Basset Heating and Air!!!

2021 started out with a super cold house. After reading reviews we decided to go with Basset Heating and Air due to the excellent reviews given.

We called and scheduled an appointment, the tech arrived in a timely fashion. Thomas went to work immediately and found our issue quickly. After adjustments were made out home was warm within 30 minutes! He made recommendations for our system but was not pushy at all! His knowledge and kindness were much appreciated.

We will continue to use Basset for all of our HVAC needs.

I am disappointed to say the least. Their techs are great, but their administrative office is lacking professionalism on a large scale. They have scheduled an appointment with me going on 3 times now and they didn't show up or communicate at all that their staff or others inspecting their work from the city inspection office were not going to make an appearance. They are quick to say it was a communication error, but the "resolutions" (of not improving their communication methods or training their administrative staff to act in a professional manner) are just unprofessional. After, spending $10K+ (paid in full) I expect better service. I have taken 3 days off work to accommodate their schedule and with no services delivered. Your company is literally taking money away from my family because I am not at work when I am waiting on people to show up. The reason I hired a company to do this was so I would have less hassle, but getting this wrapped up is impossible with their office staff. I never expected an employee to raise their voice at me for their mistake when I was speaking with them in a calm manner.
I was raised in a family business you do NOT treat customers this way. Please train your staff, improve your communication methods, and truly take responsibility for your mistakes as a company. You have lost my respect and after this is wrapped up you will be losing my business.

James and Chris called to let me know they were available earlier than scheduled. They arrived in about 15 minutes, and we walked through the plumbing situation in our church baptistry. They crawled around underneath the baptistry, checked all the pipes, and gave me an honest assessment of the situation. None of us are certain the problem is fixed yet, but I appreciate their insight and honesty! This isn't the first time I've used Basset, and it won't be the last! Thanx, guys! :)
