Honest and detailed assessment of furnace. Gave a repair versus replacement estimates. Pros and cons. Identified a change in code which added cost. Previous company didn't catch the code change. Went with a different company but that decision was not a reflection on Bassett. Would recommend doing business with them.

We had two really great technicians installing the new furnace. They were hard working and dedicated to getting it done that day since we had no air conditioning. We have a unit in the attic that has to be accessed through a hole in the ceiling. It was difficult and also extremely hot in June. They worked until it was done and tested everything. They first tried to repair the unit but when we realized all that was wrong they gave us a credit for the other repairs towards a new system. They also included an air duct cleaning with the new furnace. I really appreciate these small mom and pop places that you can make relationships with. There are so many bigger companies that you are just faceless and nameless. We had a couple issues with the ceiling that they worked to help fix. We got a great price and a company who will back the product they installed.

Tristan and Garrett came out after Bobby gave me a great quote for a new furnace. The installation was done 3 days later. The work was impeccable, very detailed oriented and very clean. Tristan and Garrett walked me through the new furnace afterwards. I replaced the original furnace in the house which was 30 years old simply because I knew it wasn’t very efficient. They did not oversell me anything we didn’t need. From my first call to schedule an estimate through installation it could not have been easier. Well done

We use Bassett for our annual maintenance on our AC and furnace. They have always been very good and honest with the work they provide. We have been chatting back and forth each year with them about upgrading our dated systems. This year was the year - it finally went out on us. Very speedy to get us an estimate. I forget the gentleman's name who gave the estimate but he was awesome! He listened to everything I said and was very transparent with what we needed to do and what to expect. Lorenzo and Brian did the install for us and they were great! Not only were they out the next day to get the units installed but they were speedy. Didn't leave a mess and very polite the entire time they were in our home. They kept us informed every step of the way on what they were doing and how long each step would take. We had one more gentleman come out the following morning and he was also great! Had some additional suggestions on what we could do to improve the air circulation in the house to help keep the upstairs a bit cooler. All in all it has been a great experience. I have always liked the services Bassett provides. I especially appreciate their team - always honest and transparent - you can't always find that elsewhere.

Update: Our estimate was done by Christian! I can't praise him enough! Super amazing customer service. He has visited with us a few times and I am always impressed by his professionalism.

I was notified Kyle was on his way and given an estimate of when he would arrive. He was professional and very thorough. He inspected our furnace and then the a/c. Kyle took the time to tell me what he found on his inspection and to answer all my questions. Basset installed our new furnace and a/c in 2020 and I praise them on their customer service and professionalism. I also appreciate them coming to Canon City to service our equipment !

This business has a REALLY bad habit of their people parking in front of peoples houses ACROSS from the one they are servicing. I am tired of them parking in front of my house when there is plenty of room in front of the home they are supposedly serving. Can best believe I wont hire you guys.

I give Basset 5 stars! Kevin was very knowledgeable on our issue. He spent his time trying to locate the root of our issue. Explained in great detail what the best plan of action would be for our home...and made me aware of what my options were. He was also very respectful of my home, which I appreciated. My A/C unit is back up and running and I now know the right course of action to prevent this problem from happening again. Thank you Kevin and Basset!!!
