Steve and Lee did a fantastic job with the furnace replacement. Steve went above and beyond crawling into a small space to reconnect the ductwork. Sean came through with a good price even after we had to go with a different furnace to work with the ventilation in a 100+ year old home.

We used milehihvac for a water heater replacement. The worker they sent out to do the work, is name was Vladimer did a fantastic job Was in and out in good time. Also Tracy was pleasent to interact with setting up the appointment to have the work done. I would recommend using this business for future jobs.

These guys are top notch I'm highly impressed. We bought our first home which is always terrifying especially when you have repairs to do. Well the house had no ac and with these 90 degree days and my health issues this isn't doable for me. They came out gave a quote and were out a week later to install ac and a new furnace. They finished the job all in one day which I wasn't expecting. They even did a walk through showed us everything, how to properly maintain and let us ask questions. The best part They didn't rip us off or over quote us like other companies out there. They gave us a two hour window called 30 mins ahead of time while they were heading out and were on time.If you want the job done right and quickly not having to wait forever for someone to come out give them a ring you won't be sorry. These guys were great. After calling several other HVAC companies to install an A/C add on to my existing heat only system up in Evergreen, these guys were the only ones to give me a quote, and quickly. And they scheduled and installed quickly within about a week or two it was all done. I think the price was fair, and the service was quick and well done. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work.

We have had MileHi HVAC put in 2 air conditioners and perform maintenance on both the entire HVAC system and AC units. They are wonderful. Shaun goes out of his way to help out and is super responsive in communication and getting back to you and following up. They are definitely fair priced and a good value for the HVAC work we have had done. We recommend them to our friends.

I have MileHi HVAC installed a new Hight efficiency furnace for my rental house two weeks ago. They are very professional from the beginning visit, consulting to finish the installation. Good high quality brand name product and the best price. I required a few companies to quote and MileHi has the best total package. I recommend and will use them again for my nest project. .

Highly recommend. Top to bottom excellent service. Got the electrical scheduled, the permit, A/C installed, we didn’t have to lift a finger. Steve and Angel were too notch in the installation. We had some bad wiring in our home causing an issue and they wouldn’t leave until it was fixed. Also, very courteous and respectful of us while in our home. Couldn’t be more pleased with this outfit. After receiving a quote from another local company to replace our water heater, I luckily decided to give Mile Hi HVAC a call (at the end of the day). They confirmed what I suspected... that the quote from the first company was significantly higher than it should have been. Mile Hi was able to get me scheduled first thing the following morning. Working with Tracy over the phone was easy and enjoyable. She told me Vladimir would be at our house at 8:30 am with the new water heater. He was right on time (actually a couple of minutes early). WATER HEATER
Because our water heater was 20 years old, I decided to replace it before I had problems.
I called a number of plumbing companies and several even came to give me an estimate- others accepted photos and gave me estimates over the phone.
I was amazed at the estimates I got as the difference between the highest and lowest was close to double, for the same product.
One of the companies I called was Mile High HVAC. Tracy was very pleasant and courteous and asked if I could send photos, which I did.
Because Tracy explained everything thoroughly and furnished the same product for one half of my highest estimate I decided on Mile High HVAC.
Yesterday, the technician arrived, on time,
and had our new Bradford While water heater installed in no time.
He was courteous, wore a mask and did an excellent job installing our new water heater .
