Got multiple bids, went with most convenient, best value. Agreed on price and time frame via text. Installer came as expected, installed and removed within estimated window. Everything complete by mid-morning today! Amazing service. Very convenient, affordable, true 5-star experience.

My water heater died on a Sunday evening and Monday morning I reached out to MileHi HVAC. I texted photos of the existing water heater and was promptly provided with an estimate and a time frame to install the water heater the same day. Due to wanting to keep our "social distancing" I used the THUMBTACK app to help me find contractors, and that got me several emails with (and some without) prices to pick from. (Be sure to specify the Size you want, otherwise, you'll get phone calls as well)

So, most places quoted prices in the $1500 Dollar range, a few much higher.

But these guys BEAT THE REST BY HUNDREDS OF DOLLAR$!

The price they gave over the phone was not only the lowest, it was exactly what I paid when the job was done!

Not only that, they provided every thing required to meet the latest codes, AND a RHEEM Water Heater. Including a full one year parts and labor warranty plus a 6 year parts warranty!
