Chris installed a new furnace and thermostat for me. He was professional, did a great job and cleaned-up after he was finished. He took the time to set the program feature on the thermostat for me and answered all my questions on the furnace installation. I would offer my highest recommendation for Mile High HVAC and Chris Kail. They will be my go-to for HVAC work in the future!

The office, Tracy, was responsive and scheduled QUICKLY. She accessed and got us as many discounts as possible. Vladimir, the installer, only had to be shown where the water heater was located and he went to work with a singlemindedness that only showed experience, desire to get the job done and done right while still friendly. To say he was fast is the understatement of the year but he went the extra mile of tidying up drains that were not even associated with his job.

I have never been impressed with todays service people. They usually have excuseitis, try to upsell or are generally incompetent. MileHi HVAC brought back some faith that there are still some who care about what they do and satisfy the customer with quality, efficiency and value.

Can’t say enough good things about MileHi HVAC. This an excellent company! Our water heater went out and after receiving exorbitant pricing from other companies, I called MileHi. I spoke to Tracy. She is very responsive, personable and attentive. She quoted literally half the price other companies were quoting! One hour later, the technician Vladimir showed up. He was very courteous, efficient and cleaned up very nicely after the install. Afterwards, Tracy called to check in on how service went. So impressed! It is so hard these days to find this level of customer service. I would highly recommend MileHI HVAC if you are replacing your water heater. Request Vladimir he is great!!

This company rocks! If I could give them 10 stars, I would in a heart beat! Tracey was super awesome and made replacing our water heater a breeze! Their technician Vladimir replaced it super fast and replaced it fast and cleaned up more than he should! It ended up leaking that night but I called in the morning and was told he wouldn't be able to make it til the next day amd he showed up today a d fixed it right away! We have 6 people living in our home, so hot water is definitely important! If anyone ever needs any work done, contact these guys!!! They're super awesome and get the job done fast and clean definitely will use them again if needed!

From my first telephone contact to paying the final bill everything went right in Price was very acceptable. The tech that came out was incredibly impressive, The best plumber I've ever seen. He did the work with speed and care.
