I am a real estate agent, and just personally used MileHi HVAC for a water heater. Not only was Joanie fast at returning my calls but patient and thorough at getting all my questions answered. The installer was professional, polite and on time. 50 gallon water heater installed $950! This company is now on my preferred vendor list.

In my hour of need MileHi HVAC made the process of replacing my heating system a breeze. I can't say enough about the work performed by Steve. His work ethic is outstanding! He left my home clean with a shinny new furnace. I highly recommend this company!

I got very lucky today when I found Mile High HVAC! I woke up and found my water heater leaking water. UGH!!! After searching for new one ( NOT FUN ) Thinking "Ok, I'll install one myself" I stumbled on the MILE HIGH HVAC website. So glad I did! I mean it guys. Everyone else I spoke with quoted me sky high money for a new H2O heater. Mile High did offer the general off the shelf Big Box store heater. Ok fine. But I did read the reviews about the experience people were having with any ole heater. Even if it was "NEW" I didn't know what to do. Buy new junk and jump into the pool with everyone else hoping to get a good H2O heater.
Well MILE HIGH HVAC also offered the same kind I had in my home. It was an industrial H20 heater. For just a few dollars more MILE HIGH HVAC sold and installed the exact industrial heater I had. Only thing is that this new one was upgraded from the old one.
Get this...I called around 10am. At about 12pm heres the technician at my door. He installed the new industrial heater. Yes. The job was flawless! I mean this guy did an excellent job. Quickly! His Box truck was nice. It was organized inside. Very clean! He was finished in about 45 minutes. Hauled away the broken heater. Showed me how to operate my new heater. I am very happy with the COMPLETE process from talking on the phone to having a new heater working again in my home. Same day and all in about 3hrs from call to install. I cannot believe this was not a two day or week long wait!!!
Mile High HVAC acknowledged that the H2O heater was a good upgrade from the average heater. I was told they are not out to gouge people for as much money as possible. They just want your business and believe you should not be punished for needing something broken to be replaced. Hey guys I am not kidding. Stop looking around. Call Mile High HVAC! You get every penny's worth of value. They are friendly on the phone and the technician is friendly expert installation. What I thought was going to be an extremely expensive day turned out to be a fair price for a fix to my home's H20 heater. Under $1500. NOBODY could come close for what I got!

Called around and got estimates from a couple companies wanting $3500 for a hot water heater installation. These guys did it for a fraction of that. They showed up 10 minutes early, very clean, friendly, and professional. Finished in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier with there products and service. I highly recommend, and will only use them moving forward.

Excellent service, AND best pricing. MileHi HVAC turned out to be the most helpful of all HVAC companies when we needed a new furnace last year. When we began making calls, they responded quickly and asked all the right questions to make sure we got the right furnace for our home. Most of the other companies either never called back, or didn’t call back for days! MileHi HVAC price was very competitive (one of the other quotes we got was 3x what we paid at MileHi HVAC!), and when we had a few issues with the furnace setup – they made sure to send out their team to fix and really go the extra mile. We needed a water heater replaced and called Geno at MileHi HVAC. MileHi HVAC provided excellent service. They were able to replace our water Heater in less than 24 hours. They were on time and the job was very well done. Geno called us to keep us informed while installer was on his way and guided us to register the product for warranty purposes.

MileHi HVAC is an excellent company to work with. Customer service: they sent a technician within an hour, explained the problem, repair and replacement options, took the time to answer all my questions and offered a very honest price. Technician: kudos to David for his expertise and patience in dealing with the replacement of my old furnace unit. David did a very neat job taking into consideration that this is an old house with a finished basement and all work needed to be done in a tiny space. He showed up on time, was wearing a mask, and all installations were done quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the promptness, professionalism, kindness and honesty, and highly recommend their services!

A wonderful experience all around. Joanie, the office administrator, was very organized and responsive, plus she’s so nice. She made sure everything was set up so that it might go as smoothly as possible. Our technician was on-time, prepared, and worked very quickly. He was also polite, answered all my questions, and updated me throughout the job. They did a great job estimating the project so there were no unexpected issues or delays. It is beyond valuable to have a project like this go so smoothly because it greatly limited how much time we had to take away from our lives and jobs. Thank you MileHi HVAC!!!

Mile High HVAC is awesome!
We recently had them upgrade our water heater (50gallon) - which was not only very competitively priced, but they were able to do it the within 2 days of our call!
Also, Jeddy (Jeddy rocks!) came out a day later and was able to quickly upgrade an outdated saddle valve that wasn’t functioning correctly and make sure our humidifier was working correctly. This guy knows his stuff and these guys are definitely not going to yank your chain or charge you an arm and a leg! They are able to provide a swift resolution to any HVAC/Plumbing problem! We highly recommend them!
