In the past year we have used MileHi HVAC on four separate occasions, spending over $60K in repair, maintanance and replacement of equipment. Shaun runs a tight shop, and Steven and Denise have done an amazing job paying attention to every detail to make sure both the function and the aesthetic of the installation meet all our requirements. This company rocks.
We had a Hot Water Heater starting to leak and got worse. Looked online, NextDoor, Goggle, Yelp, etc.
Called a few HVAC businesses. They were either too expensive or couldn’t come for 2 weeks (one even said we would have to get a county permit???)
Loved MileHI HVAC and the reviews I read everywhere. Talking to Tracy was so comforting and she had all the info we needed. They came the next day. Vladimir was so knowledgeable and incredibly clean.
So, bottom line…we will be using this company again!

Normally I take pause when submitting reviews, that said, I am pleased to provided positive feedback when deserved. Purchasing and installing a new A/C is expensive and complex, not to mention the technical skills needed to have a successful project completed on time and 'As Promised". Thanks to the team at Mile High, I felt the most important to me is that I felt I could and would trust them and this trust proved to be well deserved as the entire team delivered my new A/C quickly and without problems. A big shout out to Joannie for her kindness, professionalism and providing timely updates. Also, thank you Tracy for helping throughout the project. Your team's involvement and immediate follow through and showing up on time really help me to have a peace of mind. I highly recommend Mile High HVAC and Heating. Thanks once again to all of you. I've never reviewed anyone on Yelp before but I thought this experience is worth sharing. I shopped around and had 3 reputable HVAC companies come to my house and look at my Heater and AC systems and provide bids. While all 3 had nice representatives come to my house, Shaun from MileHi HVAC was the most thorough. Here's the kicker...they were SIGNIFICANTLY lower priced than the other two bids. That raised a red flag to me that something was off...like perhaps they were quoting inferior systems or might have some hidden fees. That said I reached out to Shaun with questions about his bid, he responded back quickly and spent good deal of time making sure everything was answered and that I was fully comfortable moving forward. He was professional, friendly, patient, and spoke in terms I could understand (I don't know much about HVAC systems).
When I chose to work with them, their scheduler and the technicians (installer and electrician) were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. Chris, went out of his way to set up my new Nest thermostat for no additional charge and showed me how to use it etc. All in all they went above and beyond my expectations for a great price. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a quote from 1-3, came from work on my lunch to make the appointment. They called me at 3:30 to tell them they were on the way, very unprofessional and poor communication. Lost my business

First to Joanie she stayed late to help me got me a quote for my water heater replacement greatly appreciated, For Vladimir he was prompt, got to work right away and had it done in an hour and explained what he did and what he had to upgrade for code, considerate to when my old one leaked on the floor and cleaned it up. Great job to these people for going the extra mile for us ❤️ This company, thanks soo much.

I checked with 4 different plumbing companies about replacing a leaking water heater, before I came across MileHi HVAC. It's a simple and quick process. Much easier then the other companies I called. I contacted MileHi on Wednesday, they were out to my place by 11am Thursday and done by noon. Tracy is very helpful and easy to work with and Vlad did a great job with a clean install. If you need a water heater replaced at a great price, go with MileHi HVAC, you won't regret it. I may use them again in the future for HVAC replacement/service.

I had a complicated HVAC problem that multiple other crews couldn't complete and don't want to start. MileHi took care of the problem! Had great customer service and cleaned up after. Highly recommend to anyone. I live in Longmont and the traveled out!

Central A/C finally quit after 20+ years. Steven and Lee came out and installed my new compressor and air handler. They were friendly and professional. I would recommend Mile High HVAC.
