Denver's Beat Heating and AC repair was quick to respond and communicated clearly. They came when they said they would, and did a great job onsite. When he arrived there were two ways of approaching the install, they did an excellent job telling me the pros and cons and costs associated with both and left the decision up to me. They were also very patient with all my questions.

My old furnace died and after discussing it with Shane from Denver's Best, we agreed it would be best to replace it. Shane was super professional, honest, and took the time to explain all the options to me. What I really liked was that Shane was also the installer for the new unit, and came back immediately when we thought we smelled gas after installation. He was really great throughout the process. The installation wasn't easy, but he did a perfect job - not an speck of dust left anywhere. New furnace is working great. Staff at the office was also very helpful and up front about the availability of furnaces during COVID. I highly recommend Denver's Best!

Techs need to be trained more, or be honest.

After inspection tech said evaporator was not in the unit. No power to it. Which was true. The coils were detached on placed on the ground.

It was suggested to get a new AC Installation ranging from $4,000-9,000. I declined. I called my landlord for help and he got someone else to look at it. He put back the evaporator inside and now my AC is fine. Always get a second opinion.

They have been servicing my business and home for many years. And recently, when my old furnace failed, I knew that I would probably need to replace it due to its age. As usual, I’ve got the best service from both the receptionist and the technician. Since I’ve been their customer for a while now, I also got a hefty discount on the replacement. Guess it pays off to be a long-term customer. Truly thankful to Denver’s Best Heating and AC Repair for their professionalism and dedication.

Our air conditioner was making a lot of noise. They sent out a technician the same day ... he showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us an easy fix. He did not charge us. He was courteous and professional ... we will definitely be calling Denver's Best Heating and AC Repair for our ongoing HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Said the cause of our broken AC was a busted wire and cost would be $850 to repair and it would take all day to fix with “no guarantees”. Had another contractor come out today for a second opinion- they fixed the wire in 45 minutes and charged us $144. Would not recommended this company as they are clearly being paid on commission and rip you off... either that or they just didn’t know what they are doing.
On a positive note, the techs were friendly and did wear their masks when I asked them to (wish it was just standard practice during a global pandemic).

Best repair service I’ve ever hired. I’ve had bad experiences with previous companies and they really changed the game! I live in a house with my husband, two kids and two dogs. Our air conditioner broke in 95 degree weather. We needed a repair company to come and fix our AC ASAP. My husband called them hoping they could come in the next few days and they had an available appointment the same day. The technician came to our house in three hours and fixed our AC the same day. I am very thankful for this company and will definitely work with them in the future.

The air conditioner in our tenant’s apartment wasn’t cooling. They were able to send a repair guy the same day, who replaced a capacitor in no time. The price was fair and the issue was handled quickly. Very happy with the service.
