Isaac was very professional. He arrived on time for performing an inspection of our furnace and AC systems. After finding an issue during the inspection, he explained the options for resolving it and was able to source the parts and perform the repair the same morning.

Ask for service to handle a home inspection request. The technician (Dave Newman) explained that the requested “repairs” were unnecessary for my unit. He wrapped a pipe for a cosmetic fix, wrote up a report and charged only the dispatch fee. A very professional and honest company and technician.

Problem after problem with Absolute Electric. I booked an appointment to have a light fixture taken down and another installed. Absolute Electric cancelled the appointment due to lack of employees. Installation was time sensitive and Absolute Electric was aware. Chandelier was taken down and another re-installed, which took 35 minutes. We were charged $938 for this service, and noted on the invoice that it was an "extemely dangerous job" due to the high ceilings and 2 techs were required. Note that nothing was mentioned during the booking process and ceiling height was submitted on my inquiry to the Absolute Electric. Also note that when we had the lights switched and installed by one electrician from another company that did the job for a fee of $180 approximately a year ago.

I called shortly after receiving the invoice to inquire if it was a typo due to the almost $1000 charge. The lady I spoke with, Alauna, agreed to adjust the price to $180, which as noted, is what we paid to have the light fixture switched out approximately a year ago.

My husband had paid the original fee of $938 for a 30 minute job with a check. He called and paid the $180 over the phone with a card and explained that the check needed to be destroyed to Alauna.

This morning, 3 days later, I checked our account and I see that the $180 charge came out of our account and that Absolute Electric also cashed the check for $938. I would give a negative star review for Absolute Electric if I could.

I highly recommend this company after having Andrew Alexander come service my furnace. My thermostat shut off during this arctic freeze. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and then took the time to explain everything to me very thoroughly. I learned a lot about HVAC today and they will be my go to for spring/fall maintenance and further repair/improvements moving forward. Thank you!

Daniel was quick and explained everything he was doing and and showed me how after 50 years the wiring had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. He had such a deep appreciation for my home that was built in 1890. He is certainly a treasure and I will catch up with him the next time I need more electricity items taken care of. Thank you!

My phone call to schedule l was handled by Lindsay. She was professional, asked clarifying questions, and was able to schedule the techs to come out within 24 hours. With no heat in my house this was important. She also explained how the service visit fee worked and if they did any work that day the fee would be waived for the work that was preformed. I received a confirmation text for the appointment and I confirmed that. I received a text with a picture of the tech stating they were on their way. When David and Isaac arrived they introduced themselves and asked questions about what was going on. They got to work right away. They explained things thoroughly while they were diagnosing the issue with my furnance. They offered different solutions to make my system run properly on top of fixing the initial problem. They were not pushy about getting me to do the extra services, which I appreciate! I will be using them again due to their professionalism over all and efficient work!

David arrived at appointed time. Was able to diagnose the problem, explain everything in detail using language I could understand. He also didn't try to upsell anything else to me. He did mention something needed in the future for my AC. When I asked why he didn't want to put it on today, he said it isn't necessary until you start using your AC.
David also answered many other questions about my furnace unrelated to the repair that gave me confidence with his knowledge level and comfortable with using a new company.
