Isaiah and Noa were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They got the job done quickly and successfully, and also outlined further details as to what was going on with my wiring, breakers and overall electrical system. Definitely would recommend and would be happy to call again

I have been having trouble with the new refrig/freezer tripping the breaker. After appliance repair company came out to see if it was the refrig causing issue, they said diagnostic indicated appliance working properly but recommended I call Absolute Electrical Heating and Air to install dedicated breaker. Isaiah a very nice, respectful and knowledgeable young electrician suggested installing GFCI protection and full house surge protection. I felt I needed to have this service so I "could sleep at night" after having uexpected tripping of the breaker.
Isaiah is a huge asset to your company. He explained what he was doing, very polite and so I felt completely comfortable with his advise and installation process and I appreciate his work ethic. I highly recommed Isaiah and Absolute Electrical from this experience. Shari

Will never use this company for a purchase and install again. $11,000 for an A/C unit poorly installed. Will only allow them to check A/C during warranty period.
Had a new A/C unit installed last August, 8/22, and it is already low on freon, which means Absolute did not charge it properly during install and then there was this last year, first issue was poor installation and had to have them come back to work on how the air filter was held in place. Air filter placement is still a problem, I am 65, and have to get down on my hands and knees, to make sure the filter is in place, due to the poor install from this company. Previous filter, I opened a small door and slid out the old furnace filter and slid in the new, not anymore with Absolute installation, have to get on the floor on hands and knees, use head lamp to see into duct, and then push the filter into place to make sure it is sealed.
On Tuesday, 4/11/23, had the first check up, since install, on the $11,000 A/C unit and find out it is already low on freon, which was the same problem as the last A/C unit that was replaced. Obviously not charged correctly to begin with or is it leaking?
Very disappointed, beware before you use this company and make sure you get several quotes from others, Absolute is very expensive with poor installation. They also spend more time trying to find something wrong with the HVAC system to send you quotes, then make sure the system actually works. The quotes are not itemized, just a number, so you do not know what you pay for the part or labor. Use someone else, save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

So I was going to change a broken light switch on my own but after looking into the outlet, it looked way complicated & wire coloring was different on new switch. I called Absolut electric & a guy named Isaiah S. came to my home to do the repair. He was very knowledgeable & fast & brought reasonable prices. I appreciate the quick appointment & getting the job done Isaiah! Thanks again, c you guys next time!

Isaiah and Daniel were just great! Isaiah did the assessment and explained my options. He and Daniel did the work and explained all the changes. They arrived on time and finished earlier than estimated. Everything was cleaned up totally. All this and they liked my rambunctious dog as well. A very positive experience with a much needed upgrade.

Wayne did a great job! He took the extra time to explain what & why certain repairs were needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Absolute Electrical Heating & Air in the future.

I have had garage lights installed (ONE DAY), and then I was offered a membership which I jumped on and thanks to ABSOLUTE ELECTRIC ( I had the motor going out in furnace) when they did my inspection they let me know about it and even called to see about my warranty! SPECIAL THANKS to ISAAC and ANDREW for all your insight and getting the work done !!!!!!! Will be using ABSOLUTE ELECTRIC AGAIN !!!!!!!! New projects Yes I needed them again same issues except for now I want a bigger furnace and a/c Coral came out with a trainee and they checked current system and gave the Best possible Price. I found what I wanted for my size home 2000 sqft . Coral and the trainee where very polite and up selling but not putting pressure on me in anyway to upgrade I was giving several options from low to high grade equipment. Collin and Laine where very professional and knowledgeable thanks guys! Had one more job for Absolute on short notice and they came back to install New electric panel thanks too Jovanny and Omar for being up front about all they had to complete this project also answering any questions I had!! I ABSOLUTELY SUGGEST GETTING A QUOTE FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE LETTING THE PRESSURE SELLERS INTO YOUR HOME!!!!
