    Never use this company they have a four hour window to wait in a technician. I had them schedule and they never showed for the appointment. Save your time and money find a reliable company.

    The tech fixed the problem. But didn't call me back. Nor did the company. Oh and there is no Wright Indoor. They closed and another company takes care of their customers

    Got a tech out to me quickly- Sam was very efficient and friendly. Elaina (sp) in the office was amazing as well. We will be back when we need to- hopefully not too soon! :)

    I would like to commend Rusty for his great customer service today. My a/c stopped working this week and he informed me of his work through the whole process. I will continue using this company in the future.

    Wright total indoor comfort has turned into a horrible company. There techs dont know what they are doing and cant fix anything correctly. Dont us this company.

    Prompt and efficient service. When our furnace quit on Christmas Eve they were right there to help us out. Highly recommend their team!

    Watched unit 302 pull into drive way and then quickly reverse as a semi was approaching. The driver of unit 302 did not stop or anything, continued to back out in front of semi. It was terrible driving and unprofessional.

    Let's see where do I begin!!!!!

    2 months ago started this process still NOT COMPLETED. HOLES IN MY CEILING!!! MARCH 5, 2020 STARTED WITH A CALL. I WENT WITH RHIS COMPANY SINCE MY PARENTS DID BEFORE WITH NO ISSUES AND WELL TO OUR SURPRISE THEY SUCK NOW!!

    PAYING FINANCING ALREADY WITH WORK STILL NOT COMPLETED!

    NEW THERMOSTAT NO LONGER DETECTING AC UNIT AND NEEDED THAT THIS WEEKEND WITH 80+ DEGREE WEATHER HER .

    FAILED INSPECTION 2 TIMES ... STILL WAITING FOR STATUS ON 3RD INSPECTION COMPLETED 2 WEEKS AGO YESTERDAY. STILL HAVE 5 HOLES IN MY CEILING NO CONTACT... CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE LINES. I SELECT #1 IT GOES #2 OPTION VOICEMAIL. #3 RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS SINCE LAST WEEK!!! LEFT A MESSAGE THERE. LEFT MESSAGE ON CONTACT US ON THEIR WEB SITE AND NOW PUTTING IN A REVIEW.

    NO MATTER THE STATUS OF ANYTHI G THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS AND THE WORN SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND CUSTOMERS NOT LEFT HANGING!!!

    I will never work with these people again. They do shoddy work and the manager (Colorado Springs) does not return repeated calls. They blame others for their mistakes.
