Great experience. Shawn identified the problem quickly and was able to get replacement parts immediately. Within a couple of hours my boiler heater was working better than it ever had in the past (I've had it for eight years). Wright was able to schedule my appointment same day and arrived as planned. I'd absolutely recommend them.
When I purchased my own home I wasn't sure who to call. After a few calls to different companies in COS I reached out to Wright Heating and Air Conditioning. It turned out to be a Great Decision! John and Jeremy removed my 1970's style furnace. The replacement was a High Energy Efficient heater. The price was perfect, but the service was AAA+++ rating!! This year 2017 I called again to have my Air Ducts Cleaned. Since they had never been cleaned since the original finance install, I was concerned about dust flying around the house. Not the case! Again Jeremy came and did the work. Very Professional and kind. This company takes the time to explain and always answers my questions! Next job...I will be calling them again! Can't go wrong with this company!
Incredible Service and Surprising Prices! We are new to the area and asked around for referrals. We were super surprised that so many people recommended this ONE company! They started out with an amazing person coming to our home for an estimate. Dusty was professional, kind and respectful. Dusty was honest and super thorough! The installation process was professional, clean and timely. The warranty is a good one and the products are top of the line. And I must say they gave us the best price in the area. We had much higher estimates that were not necessary. Go ahead and use this place! You will be grateful you did!! Thank you!
THIS IS NOT WRIGHT TOTAL INDOOR COMFORT ANYMORE! DO NOT USE AIR PROS HVAC SERVICES!!! TECHNICIAN DID NOT PERFORM ALL DUTIES AND TRIED TO SCAM ME! Air Pros was recently written up in the Gazette Business section. Our actual experience with them was AWFUL! In May we scheduled our yearly air conditioner check as per our maintenance agreement with Wright Total Indoor Comfort. Our appointment was for July 16th between 3:00 and 6:00pm. About 1:30 a worker arrived in an Air Pros Van. We received NO notification that the worker was on the way or that they were going to be early. The worker showed up with NO Badge, Clipboard, or Workorder. Only a shirt that said Air Pro and a Van wrapped in AirPro signage. The worker informed me that Air Pro had bought Wright and taken over performing the maintenance agreements. The worker had a mask around his neck but never once put it on our even asked if I wanted him to. The technician spent less than 30 minutes checking my system. Previous inspections done by Wright had always taken at least an hour and a half. After checking the air conditioner unit, he told me that our system was low on freon and would need recharged and the cost would be $350. He stated more than once that if the system was not recharged that our condenser would burn out and that would be very expensive to fix. I felt that he was pressuring me. The worker told me that a return visit be have an extra $95 dollar charge but got that waived by his office. I told him that I would have to call to set up another appointment after speaking with my husband. The Technician gave me his PERSONAL cell number instead of a company number and left without leaving an invoice or checklist for the maintenance that should have been done. Oh, remember that he had repeatedly warned me against running the AC before it was recharged, or we might burn out the condenser? Well he left our thermostat set at 68 so that it ran continually until we checked it. I was not comfortable with the technician or any part of the transaction with AirPro so we called another company for a second opinion. The next day their technician came and did a thorough evaluation. That technician found that there were no leaks in our system but that the freon was low. The technician told my husband that the kindest reason he could think of for the low freon was that the loss happened because the man from Air Pro had not hooked up the gauges properly and the leak happened during the test. The total cost for this work was less than half of the quote from the Air Pro technician. I will be reporting our experience with Air Pro to the Gazette writer who wrote the article and the BBB.
It was done 100% Wright. I wanted to add A/C to my house and replace the furnace since it was 20yo. It started with Dustin the sales consultant coming out and measuring my house to find out what sizes I needed then giving me his thoughts on what I could do and asking me what I thought I needed and how well my old furnace had worked through the years. No up sell just honest opinions on what would work for me. Then Killian and Malcome came out to do the install. Young installers both were super respectful and helpful. They walked me through every part of the install as they did it so I could have input in how I might want things routed etc. They helped me move items that were in the way for the install, then helped me clean up. I thought it was a great install and was super impressed with these guys. The inspectors came out and even they comment on what a clean install it was and what I good job had been done.
I'm really happy I choose Wright Total Indoor Comfort for my furnace and A/C install.
Installed water heater. Failed inspections 5 times, when it seemed it might be complete, it failed inspection because the water heater was not to be installed in mobilehome. They installed a different one. Had to replace roof vent. After a month I thought it was finally finished. We got rain and the roof leaked badly. I reported the leak to them and they came out several times. I explained the roof vented needed to be replaced After 8 months of them not correcting this problem, I called a roofing company and had the vent replaced. I called Wright Plumbing and expressed they should reimburse me for the repair. I was told they would not because I did not give them a chance to repair it. I felt 8 months of water leaking into my house was plenty of time. The workmanship and customer service is the worst
They came out looked at it, claimed it was unfixable, and tried to sell me a new furnace for $7k and charged me $59.00 for their time. I decided to get a second opinion. My tenant spent another cold night until Talmich came and repaired it for $225 the next day.
On February 17, 2020 Wright Plumbing arrived on a schedule visit. My Bodurus boiler needed two expansion tanks replaced. Their quote was for nearly $700 to replace the two items. Now I had the one tank replaced a few years back and know the cost of the actual tank ($40), the other is a little different model. So I looked it up at a plumbing website and it sold for $50. Their quote was nearly 8 times the cost of the parts, and the labor was fairly simple. A relative recommended their plumber and he installed both units for $200, and it took him less than an hour to replace both units and the system is working fine. I found their quote insulting and borderline criminal, and for this reason I will not call them again for service and will tell those who will listen how bad your company has become, plus give some feedback on Yelp & Google Reviews of this horrendous encounter.
I would highly recommend this company. My wife's mother is an elderly woman still in her own home. My wife's sister lives with her and my wife does home care during the day for her mother. Her furnace gave up the ghost after 22 years of loyal service in the middle of December. After having two technicians come out to the house it was determined that they would need a new furnace. They had 4 different companies come out and give estimates all in one day and they met some pretty sleazy and manipulative people. John, with Wright Heating, walked into the chaotic situation and was completely professional, concise, understood their needs and gave them a quote that couldn’t be beat. The furnace was installed within four days. The installation techs were amazing. They used drop cloths were very pleasant and respectful and left the utility room looking better than when they arrived. Thanks Wright Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!!!!
If ever my decision was correct, it was the day I chose The Wright company for my HVAC needs. Even though I do not live in Colorado Springs, they were quite accommodating to install my new AC unit. Their friendliness as well as their professionalism made our purchase worth every Penney worth it! I recommend this company every chance I get.
