Had to change this review. HVAC system installed less than a year ago. A/C calibration needed to await the spring and when they came out said everything was fine. Today we have dripping from the PVC pipe to the floor drain and I called the after hours number FOUR TIMES IN TWO HOURS and have not been contacted. It is now after midnight and began before 10 .... Just learned the company went out of business. Obviously I am completely sympathetic with the difficulties we are all facing, but businesses cannot just leave people high and dry.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We got a new furnace and a/c installed in the home. I did a lot of research and this one was my 6th company that I called out for a quote and we decided to go with them. They were professional very nice and made the inspection for the city a breeze. The furnace works great and it was installed over 1 month ago and it has even tempeture distribution around my home which we did not have before. I would highly recommend this company thank you for all great service 😁
I used to work for Wright under previous ownership. The new owners (AIR PROS USA) put out an article saying that they were going to maintain all staff and technicians. I called to inquire about my job (was laid off due to covid) and was told to call back the next week. No answer and no call back! So they are apparently not keeping us on as employees and apparently not taking responsibility on previous work for our customers. I’m so sorry to anyone who has spent money with this company. Ridiculous. Very unprofessional.
If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule my yearly AC service. Two months out? Unacceptable. Increase your capacity. We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The "manager" was extremely disrespectful and rose her voice with me when I requested some sort of resolution. This is not the way a business should be ran.
My husband even phoned to gain some further information and when she found out who he was she instantly rose her voice with him. Then a general manager phoned my husband and began to curse at him when he asked for business address. Stated to find it online. Aren't you supposed to provide that when asked? It seems like you're hiding something.
Wright Total Indoor Comfort has been our go-to company for service on our heating and air conditioning system for years. They have always been professional and have provided excellent service when repairs were required. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
While other businesses declined to install a humidifier in my home due to the distance between the hot water heater and the furnace, Wright Total Indoor Comfort took on the job and provided an innovative solution at no additional cost. They are absolutely my preferred provider.
Technician came out and said my unit would cost over $600 to charge and would probably just leak out and basically implied I needed a new unit. For 4 days in the heat wave we went without air conditioning. I finally got a second opinion and the unit was fixed by another company for $185. I contacted the manager who gave me my money back. NEVER use this company. I feel the technician lied to me to get a commission.
Called to have them clean and inspect my air ducts as well as talk with a technician about the blower in my furnace. On the day they were supposed to come out, they were extremely late. When I contacted them, I talked with a very professional and polite lady. Sounded like there was a lot of confusion. She was able to connect me with a tech there at the office. He was able to answer a majority of my questions on the phone but was not able to give me the specific information that I needed. The tech explained that it would require a site visit (like the one I scheduled). She was able to find a cleaning crew that could come to my house. After being 6.5 hours late on when they were supposed to be there, a crew showed up. Unfortunately, the wife and I had an appointment that we needed to get to. I had to contact my father so he come over to let them into the house. Sounded like they cleaned the air ducts but did not do an inspection with the camera like I had requested. Will not be scheduling anything with them in the future. Sounds like there is a lack of communication within the office as well as with their customers. 100% unreliable.

So my sale guy Dustin quoted me a price of a 3.5 capacity cooling system.When installation was being done,I was told that it was too big of cooling system for my home of 2204 sq ft home.So they decided to install a 3.Capacity instead. So I was told by the installer it would be a price difference.BIG SURPRISE FOR ME. After installer taking all day after being told it will take 4 hour of installation. they arrived at 9till6pm they finished So I went into office next day to have price adjustment I was told it will only be $150.00 off.I ask to see the price of unit they Refuse to show me the price of Bryant 113A unit. I said toDustin that it was about 1,000.00 dollars different. He "STATED" THAT PER HIS BOSS he was not allowed to show me the price difference!!! My advice get the written contact of pricing agreements THAT IS HAND WRITTEN BY SALE PERSON OF BREAKDOWN ASWELL AS THE HOMEOWNER AGREEMENT!! YES THEY RIP ME OFF WITH MONEY SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
