    From Another company we had a bad installation... We Called Wright! They gave a price and even though our system was installed improperly, Wright Was Able To Find The Problems And Get It Running Properly!! They stood behind the original pricing even though there was extra time into it all and it was a hard fix.

    This is the company you want to use! I wish they had installed our unit in the beginning.

    100% right or 100% free is BS. Furnace was replace by Wright in 2013 & went out this year (2017) before I could have them come out & service it. Tech came out & said motherboard went bad, doesn't know if covered under warranty, difference would be 500 if under warranty, 1000 if not. Said he would have to order part & would get back to me. Don't remember his name & he never left a card (bad business). Tried calling office and after talking with 5 different answering people (all said would connect me with on call tech & failed). Started calling other companies. On call tech called & again didn't know if unit was under warranty & said he couldn't even get in contact with the office. 1st "other company called back & said unit "is under warranty" just by her punching in model # & S/N & quoted me 450. 2nd other company (Bassett) called back & said unit "is under warranty" just by her punching in model # & S/N & quoted me 225. Guess who I went with. I called Wright back and magically got the office, yet they still could not tell me if unit was under warranty. Informed them our business together was finished & I will never call them again.
    My personal recommendation is to ignore the Wright Total Indoor Comfort commercials because it is just a gimmick. Not True. Bad company!!

    We were promised three years of servicing included but when you call to get it scheduled, they blow you off and tell you it'll be two months out. Management was extremely rude and now it looks like I'll have to have another company come service it (so the warranty isn't voided) before I file a lawsuit for the cost. Do yourself a favor and use another company. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to make the deal but after that, they don't care about you.

    Wright did a phenomenal job installing my new Central Air unit. Very professional, economical, informative. I will recommend them to any friends or family that may need a central air installation or repair.

    I was told by their receptionist that they not only install but also service Rinnai tankless water heat systems. When the technician arrived and I described what my unit was doing he spent half of his time trying to build a tool he needed that helped hook the unit up to a gauge, the rest of the time on the phone with Rinnai trying to diagnose and solve the problem.

    After 2.5 hours he said that the next steps they were asking him to do would take too much time and the he would need to reschedule. The estimate for the repair was around $700 when he returns and his bill was $235 for an incomplete job and unresolved problem.

    I called and asked for the manager to see if we could somewhat negotiate the charge. On their website they advertise "100% right or 100% free." He has not returned my repeated phone messages.

    I have used Wright Total Indoor Comfort for 14 years, and they have never let me down. Recently, Kevin completed several different types of repair jobs, including shower control, sink, and toilet replacement. Scheduling and billing was great, with no hassles.

    I have five HVAC units serviced by Wright every year. Always on time, technicians are efficient and businesslike. Billing is easy with either mailed invoice or credit card at the site. I will continue to use Wright for my service needs.

He and his technicians were honest, truthful, personable and truly wanted to help someone in need of help. The cost was by far much lower than any other estimate and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was greatly inspired to find that there are still companies that can see a true need and are ready to help.

    Called to get furnace and AC serviced. Tech showed up on time and was very helpful and knowledgable. He recommended waiting until spring to service the AC. Nice to have someone that doesn't want you to pay for something that you don't need to right now. Will use them again! Thank you for the great service!

    I asked this company (who has been servicing our home over 10+ years) to help with some HVAC wiring of our new thermostat and they told us that they didn't want to touch it and that we needed to find a new HVAC company! Crazy... I would NOT recommend using this company as they are NOT very helpful (instead of coming out to try and solve the issue, they tell you to go find someone else). Super frustrating...
