This is a great team and company. We had them install a new AC through Costco and the work was thorough and professional. When we upgraded our thermostat, they were able to help get it working properly and ensured we had appropriate and updated wiring. They're team was always responsive and helped us walk through everything.
This company apparently does not want to be good neighbors. They park their commercial bright green trucks in residential zones where their technician lives in Aurora on Fraser Court. They are not working on a home, the technician parks the vehicle illegally and has been cited but they don't care. Do not use this company as they actually don't care about our community.
Cooper's tech Barrington has done our annual maintenance check on our ac, heater and humidifier several times. He has always proven to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Cooper installed our system, and they are reliable and trustworthy. We are happy to have found a service provider we can trust and rely on.
We initially contacted Costco member services for a quote for a new air conditioning and furnace replacement. Through Costco, we were connected and contacted by Cooper Heating & Cooling. Of the different companies we contacted, they were the fastest at getting someone to come out for an estimate. Blaine was very professional, not only in communication with us, but also in throughly going over all of the information and different products we could pick from. Additionally, contacting him with any additional questions or concerns was great.
We scheduled our service and Cooper H&C had clear communication on when it was happening as well as texting us the names and pictures of the technicians who would be coming to our home. Chandler and Conner showed up in the timeframe as promised. They were very professional and worked on this big project for us. We were told it’s an all day project of about 8 hours. It was! These two worked diligently and kept all the work spaces clean. They laid down protective tarps and were respectful of our space and home. We didn’t feel like we had to pick up or clean anything after they left.
If you’re looking for a company to help with heating or cooling, Cooper Heating & Cooling is wonderful! Great communication and customer service all around. They really work well as a team and getting things taken care of! We’re loving our new units and nice cold ac!

When I explained the heating problem to another company, they sent a tech out and charged me to tell me he couldn't work on a boiler. I was pleased with Cooper's service and after fixing the problem had them back to replace a 42 year old boiler. Professional installation and the new system is working great so far.

Had the best experience I have had with a service company than I have had in a Long long time. From Blaine, Jason, Martian, to Kenny we were blessed to have them in our sanctuary of our home for several days to relocate, replace, and upgrade our HVAC system (heat/cold/humidity/purification) along with correcting the builder erroneous errors. So much so that the inspector who came through mentioned the quality of the installation. Their professionalism, courteousness, thoroughness, and knowledgeability stood out way above par and it shows in their craftsmanship. On top of researching all the products after the quote, the Bonus that it is all through and backed by Costco was the icing on top of the cake.
Cooper’s team has been outstanding from start to finish. Estimation process was quick and provided several options for comparison with no hint of pressure. The installation team was absolutely professional and walked me through the new system and work performed. Martin and Alejandro were terrific and installation looks great!
My wife and I made the choice to get AC in our house as we are both working from home and decided that we couldn't take the heat any more. (we are both CO Natives but it seems to be getting hotter around here.) We had received three bids and while Cooper's bid, came in lower, their product seems to be better or equal quality. Their sales rep (Blaine) was very professional and was able to explain to me in great detail what I needed and didn't try to up sell me on anything that I didn't need. Cooper was able to set up the install a couple of days later, sounds like that's unusual for them, but I was thankful.
The installers were a little late due to the AC unit not being in their location on time, but they called to let me know and made it right with me. I would have been disappointed without a call. I do currently work in a home office so this was not an issue for me anyways, but I did appreciate the call.
We built our home through a well known home builder in town and have had some issues with the hot water. It literally (not figuratively) took the water in kitchen sink five minutes to heat up. We asked our home builder about this and they said that was normal and they could not fix it due to the size of our house (which isn't that large). I asked the sales rep about this and he sent Jason B. to look at the recirculating pump for us. This of course was for a fee of 99. If this could be fixed, 99 was well worth it. Jason took apart the hosing around the pump and found a defect. I am not well diverse in this, so let's just say that he found the problem and fixed it and that the home builder was wrong. We not have instant hot water throughout the house. Thanks Jason! Now our biggest problem is that we keep burning our hands on the hot water. We're just not used it.
Our AC install went great! I don't have much to compare this to, but I know that I am sitting in my office which is cool and comfortable. I didn't know this, but once you have an AC unit installed, a couple of inspectors from the city need to come out to check their work to make sure everything was done correctly. The inspector who looked at the mechanical work admired the work of the two who performed the install, which was Dion and Ryan. He said that he could tell that they went above and beyond and had excellent craftsmanship. I was glad to hear this as we have had some issues with other installs int the past and with the craftsmanship from the trades of our home builder.
We are happy with our experience with Cooper Heating & Cooling. We felt that we got a great value with the AC unit, the install and of course with the hot water. While we are happy with the product, we are extremely happy with the personal service that we received from the company. Blaine, Jason, Dion and Ryan were all great people to work with and I grateful for the service they provided for our family.
We originally went with One Source about a month ago because our AC wasn’t working correctly. They came in and told us our Freon needed to be recharged and wayyy overcharged us. Once that was done, our AC still wasn’t working 2 weeks later. Finally, someone professional and smart came in and told us that One Source lied to us. They never actually charged the Freon and they avoided a simple step which was just cleaning the filters. Barrington was very knowledgeable and 1000x better. Thank you for having common sense and helping us out a ton!
