Not 24hrs: I had a new system installed less than a month ago. It quit working already. They claim to be open 24hrs, but when you call for help, the line has you on hold for 10-15min, then just goes straight to voicemail and ends.

My furnace went out so I called these guys to come fix it. They needed a part to fix the issue so we made another appointment and then they never showed for the 2nd appt. I took time off from work and I still have a broken furnace. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

Conner did a great job from when I first contacted him to when the job was done. He was the perfect mix of professional and personable. He correctly diagnosed my problem, got the needed parts, and fixed the problem quickly. If I have any future problems, I'll know who to call.

We used Cooper for a brand new A/C install as our home was not built with one. We were paired with them using the Costco home services program. Blaine was a trustworthy salesman who gave us a honest estimate and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Chance and Kenny got the install done quickly, were communicative throughout and answered any questions. Their electrical team was professional and friendly as well.

I went without heat for over a month, getting the runaround from a different company, and was told I was going to need a whole new furnace. Conner came, cleaned up the mess they made, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for literally 2% of the cost I was going to have to pay. SO HAPPY!

Conner was early and came prepared for the job. We really appreciate and recommend Cooper Heating!

Martin at Cooper Heating and Air is an HVAC artist. To put a furnace, evaporator coil, humidifier and water heater in a small closet was amazing in and of itself, but to make everything look so neat and organized is another level altogether. Kenneth was his assistant during this process and he is learning well to have the same excellence as his lead. These guys had to get all this equipment down a pretty tight stairwell and they did that masterfully as well.

I realize this sounds a bit like I’m gushing, but honestly, I can find NOTHING at all that would make this review otherwise. At final inspection, I was actually super happy to hear that “Cooper does a good job” and that our install was no different.

In addition, other “pros” were how quickly they could get us on the schedule, and the type of equipment they provide. Martin and Kenny rolled with the punches that a 1988 house with an unfortunate DIY past threw at them, and went the extra mile to make sure this new system could add a bit of sparkle to our home, which included taking out the old thermostat and putting a new “smart” thermostat in a completely different place (yeah, THAT was a fun story! Again, this old house…).

So grateful for the A/C with all the smoke and heat bathing Colorado right now. I know we will be thrilled with much more even and cost effective heat, along with the added humidity in a couple months!

Good job Cooper (and good job Costco for using them)! From the initial estimate, to the customer service team, to the install, we are beyond happy! Thank you!!

Blaine was super nice and easy to talk to, but didn’t follow up with the estimate he sent. It wasn’t itemized so I couldn’t see exactly what I was paying for. He said he would send it over and never did. Not going to chase down someone to give my business too. His bid was quite a bit higher than others we have gotten anyways.
